Terms & Conditions A 20% deposit for all Christmas residential packages is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Full pre-payment is required 3 weeks prior to arrival. All Christmas package bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival must pay in full at the time of the reservation. The Oak Room cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked. Pre-orders are required for Christmas Day & Boxing Day lunch 3 weeks prior. Any amendments may incur additional charges. Cancellation Cancellations received prior to 3pm, 3 days prior to arrival, will receive a voucher to the total value of monies paid, valid for 3 months. Cancellations received with 72 hours of arrival will receive a voucher to 80% of the total value of monies paid, valid for 3 months. Cancellation must be received in writing. If the Hotel is closed for the date or dates of your stay due to restrictions imposed by the Government as they may deem necessary, a full refund will be offered. Further Conditions Bookings must be made in advance for the Restaurant and Spa facilities, including the pool and gym. All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
