US POSTAGE PAID NON-PROFIT ORG. PERMIT #732 TURLOCK, CA 95381 Missionary Gospel Fellowship P.O. Box 1535 Turlock, CA 95381-1535 Return Service Requested Well! It’s been a long time since we produced a Fellowship Bulletin. We have been through some significant staff transitions in the office, and I am grateful that this publication, which has so long languished, is the collaborative effort of several people. I believe that God has intended that we—the Body of Jesus Christ—should normally work together. He has gifted each of us with different abilities and proclivities, and has called each of us to serve Him in a unique way—together. Genuine togetherness is one of the things we missed in MGF this year. Normally we would assemble in Turlock on the first weekend of August for our Annual Conference. The present Covid crisis and the state government’s response eliminated the opportunity for us all to travel and meet face to face. Even though it was awkward for many of us who have been unfamiliar with new online apps and platforms, we were able to hold our Annual Meeting electronically. I am grateful for the chance to see and hear from so many of our missionaries. How are you getting through these days? I am continually blessed to see how faithful and dedicated the MGF family of supporters has been through the economic turbulence of the present series of crises. Despite the spiri- tual heaviness that often attends the news of some new threat or disappointing response, I find myself strangely encouraged as I remember that each of these troubles is testimony to the fact that mankind is not able, nor were we intended, to govern ourselves apart from God. Even while my heart yearns to see Jesus Christ established visibly and permanently as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the failures of human governments to secure peace or safety testifies that He is coming… soon. We at MGF intend to remain at our assigned post until He calls us home. Alexander J. (Jay) Hyatt III, General Director
