BOARD OF DIRECTORS On February 22, 2020, Brite Winter hosted its 11th annual Doni Bulea, Board Chair, Giffen & Kaminski, LLC outdoor festival in the Flats West Bank neighborhood of Cleveland. MUSIC Once again, Brite Winter brought the best of local, regional, and national music out to play!
