Fascinating Bali & Kuala Lumpur Gateway Day 1 Bali Airport - Ubud The first day of this refreshing trip starts with your arrival at the Ngurah Rai International Airport. Our representative would be there to receive you heartily and escort you to your hotel in Ubud – in the uplands of Bali. This day is reserved for recovering from jet lag and enjoying the hotel amenities. You may also explore and shop around in the nearby locality. Although it is irresistible to stop yourself from hanging out in the local markets amidst such breathtaking natural beauty and serenity but it is advised to go to bed early and have a sound sleep as the following day is filled with a lot of thrill and adventure. Day 2 Bali/ Kintamani Day Trip with Sacred Monkey Forest, Swing, & Lunch We can promise you this that the pictures you will click on this day would adorn your albums, wall frames and social media for ages. The day starts with a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Now begins the thrill! You would be taken for definitely the most amazing experience of your life a joyride on the Bali Swing. Optional tour: Sunset Uluwatu temple tour with Kecak dance show & dinner at Jimbaran Bay. you will be picked up for Uluwatu temple tour with an optional Kecak dance show. The Uluwatu temple is an ancient Balinese Hindu sea temple perched atop towering seaside cliffs, situated outside Kuta on Bali’s southwestern tip. The presiding deity of this temple is Ganesha – the Hindu Elephant God. This spot is world famous for its most amazing sunset view. At evening 6’O clock, if you wisely opt for the Kecak dance show - you are treated with the famed Balinese dance show depicts scenes from the most popular Hindu epic – Ramayana. The name of the dance form is Kecak dance. The Kecak dance style is celebrated for its artistic value and incredibly complex hand gestures. The Kecak Fire Dance, also known as the “Monkey Dance” is the highlight of this performance. This outing at the Uluwatu temple blesses you with a perfect exhibition of the all attractive Balinese culture. This small-group tour of Nusa Penida from Sanur is really worth it as you get to interact and see the lifestyle of the locals in their neighborhoods. As you visit the village by motorbike, you can explore the real Bali without any of its touristy fanfares. After that, you can soak up the sun on Uwug beach, where a stunning sea cliff arches over clear, tropical water. Snorkel, walk and swim along a series of pristine beaches, and enjoy a picnic lunch on the sand. That is not it, as you get to have a glimpse of local life in Toya Pakeh village as well. From there you you’ll then climb an intricate staircase into the Dalem Ped temple before returning to Sanur. From Sanur you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Nusa Dua for overnight stay. Pickup from your Kuala Lumpur hotel and head to Merdeka Square, your first stop of the day. This famous public space celebrates Malaysian independence from the British in the mid-20th century. Continue on to the King’s Palace, also known as the Istana Negara, where you can take pictures of the Malaysian monarch’s intricate royal residence. Now be ready to take your Kuala Lumpur visit to a new height. Head next to the world-famous Petronas Towers, where you can crane your neck up at these structures that once claimed the title as the world’s tallest buildings. Contrast your visit to these glass and steel architectural marvels by exploring the manicured grounds of Malaysia’s National Mosque, a site whose spectacular main dome is covered in brilliant blue and green tile work. Continue your Kuala Lumpur adventure by checking out the Chinese Thean Hou Temple, learning about the influence of Chinese religions like Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism on Malaysian culture. Then stop by the Lake Gardens, get a sense of the country’s history at the National Museum and admire the beautiful Kuala Lumpur Railway Station. Cap off your trip by paying your respects to those who lost their lives in the Malaysian struggle for independence at the Tugu Negara (National Monument), designed by American architect Felix de Weldon. Our stop at Royal Selangor Pewter will feature the largest and most modern pewter factory in the world, reputed internationally for its high quality and craftsmanship. You will be shown the different processes, such as casting, filing, polishing, soldering, hammering and engraving during this factory tour. Next, we stop at Batik Factory - see how Batik is designed and printed. Our last stop will be at the limestone hills of Batu Caves that comprises of three cavern and several smaller caves, a Hindu deity - a flight of 272 steps lead up to the temple cave. Another cave, called the museum cave, is filled with images of deities and murals depicting scenes from Hindu scriptures. Overnight is in Kuala Lumpur.
