Woolworths Big Night In 2021 Promotion
1. When will the Big Night In promotion start and finish (purchase period)?
The promotion starts on 00.01 AEST on 19th May 2021 and 23.59 AEST on 7th July 2021.
2. Who is eligible to enter the Big Night In promotion?
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter,
its related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of
the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
3. How do I know what products to purchase to participate in the Big Night In promotion?
Participating products are labelled in store and online, please also refer to the flyer in store for a complete list of participating
brands. You can also find a participating list of brands and products at woolworths.com.au/BNI.
4. How do I enter the promotion?
Purchase at least three (3) participating products in a single transaction from any Woolworths supermarket store across Australia
(including participating Woolworths Metro/Ampol stores) and the Woolworths Online store woolworths.com.au, during the
promotional period and either:
a. (“Everyday Rewards Card Entry”) prior to finalising the transaction, scan their Everyday Rewards Card in store at the
checkout or input their Everyday Rewards Card number during checkout on Woolworths Online – the Everyday Rewards Card
Entry option is not available to Non-Registered Cardholders;
b. (“Receipt Code Entry”) enter online, during the Promotional Period, by visiting the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI
following the prompts to the promotion entry page and inputting all of the requested details (including their full name, address,
and mobile number, the Unique Receipt Code, and submitting the fully completed online entry form (so that it is received during
the Promotional Period),
5. How do I get a bonus entry with the Woolworths Rewards app?
One (1) bonus entry will be awarded to Eligible Entrants who have made at least one (1) valid Rewards Card Entry during the
Promotional Period and download and link + log on to the Everyday Rewards App for the first time during the Promotional Period,
subject to the ‘Limits on Entry’ section below (“Bonus Entry”). If the Eligible Entrant downloads the Everyday Rewards App prior
to making a Rewards Card Entry, then the Bonus Entry will be added to the Daily Prize Draw on the date of the first applicable
Rewards Card Entry. If the Eligible Entrant downloads the Everyday Rewards App after they have made a Rewards Card Entry,
then the Bonus Entry will be added to the Daily Prize Draw of the applicable app download date. Bonus Entries will not be
awarded where an Eligible Entrant has made a Receipt Code Entry and downloaded the Everyday Rewards App. Bonus Entries
will also not be awarded where the Eligible Entrant downloaded the Everyday Rewards App prior to the Promotional Period.
6. How can I tell if my claim has been received/was successful for the Big Night In promotion?
Once you have submitted your claim, you will receive a message on screen confirming the success of your claim.
7. Am I required to pay for postage and handling if I am a winner in the BNI promotion?
No, you will not have to pay for any postage or handling if you’re a lucky winner.
8. Do I need to keep my receipts in connection to the Big Night In promotion?
All entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the
proof of purchase for all entries when requested, may, in the absolute discretion of Woolworths, result in invalidation of ALL of an
entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) or invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase
(for in-store purchases) and the date of purchase on the receipt(s) or invoice(s)/online order confirmation must be during the
Promotional Period and prior to entry.FAQs

10. What if my unique code doesn’t work for the Big Night In promotion?
Check that you have entered the correct unique code or receipt number. If you are unsure where to find your unique code, see

12. Are there any limits on the number of prizes I can pick?
Winners will be required to nominate their preferred prize pack, 1 x prize pack per winner.
13. What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If any prize remains unclaimed after 29/09/2021, a Second Chance Draw will be held on 07/10/2021 at the same time and place
as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Second chance draw winners will be notified in writing
by email within three (3) business days of the second chance draw (if applicable). Second chance draw winners will be published
online on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI from 11/10/2021. Any second chance draw winners will also have their
name and address published in The Australian on 14/10/2021.FAQs

14. How will I be notified if I win the prize?
Winners agree to being notified either via phone call to the number linked to their Everyday Rewards account, or in writing by
email (via the email address linked to their Everyday Rewards Card or input manual entry email address) within three (3) business
days of the applicable draw date. Winners will be published online on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI, for a
minimum 28 days, from the applicable ‘draw date’ specified in the table in the ‘Daily Prize Draws’ section above. Winners of
a prize will also have their surname, first initial and state of residence published in The Australian on the applicable ‘published
date’ specified in the table in the ‘Daily Prize Draws’ section above.
15. Are there any entry limits?
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) for Receipt Code Entries, only one entry permitted per Qualifying
Entry; (b) for Everyday Rewards Card Entries, only two entries permitted per Qualifying Entry; (c) each Qualifying Entry must be
submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (d) a limit of five Qualifying Entries per day applies (which
equates to 10 entries per day into the relevant Daily Prize Draw for Everyday Rewards Card Entries and 5 entries per day into the
relevant Daily Prize Draw for Receipt Code Entries). Limit applies of 1 Bonus Entry per Eligible Entrant, which is in addition to the
