The results will be posted with your entry at the Fair. • BEEF WEIGH IN: Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017, 1:30 p.m. - Agriplex • BEEF, RABBIT & POULTRY: Livestock must be in the barns by 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, 2017 as no traffic is allowed on the grounds after 10 a.m. • CAMPING FEE: $40.00 for the weekend. NO RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE. • COWBOY CHURCH: Sunday, Sept. , 2017 at 10 a.m. • EXHIBITOR’S FEE: is $10.00; Members of the NTFFRA and children 10 and under - are FREE. • EXHIBITOR AGE: if 10 and under – is now REQUIRED on ALL Entry Forms. • EXHIBIT HALL: Entry Forms must be into the Registration Office no later than Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017. • EXHIBIT HALL: Entries may be placed – Thursday, Aug. 31, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 1, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Saturday, Sept. 2, 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED INTO THE EXHIBIT HALL AFTER SATURDAY - 8:30 a.m. • FINAL DEADLINE: for Exhibitor entry forms including FLOWERS - is Friday, Sept. 1, 6 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. • GATE PRICES: Adult $12.00, Students/Seniors (65+) $8.00, Children 10 and under Free; 3 Day passes available - $30.00.
