90sqm and located just a few steps from the beach and
main facilities. These rooms combine the luxury and
comfort of a prime location. Ideal for ocean lovers and for
those who want to fully experience contact with nature.
All our Suites features spacious bedroom with king bed, a
cosy setting area with 2 sofa beds ideal for families. The
bathroom is beautifully decorated with Italian mosaic and
well furnished with selected products.
On the front side of five suites we built an exclusive
pavilion.
Jungle Villas
JUNGLE VILLAS
200sqm located in a private area in the middle of a
tropical garden. Jungle villas are our newest
accommodation, built to offer the most exclusive stay in
Zanzibar. Following the concept of extreme privacy, it
offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and, open-air living room
and a private pool for those who love to enjoy 5-star
facilities in the comfort of their room.
As an add value Private Butler service is available to help
and assist our guests. Jungle villa is perfect for VIP,

BEACH VILLAS
200 sqm located directly on the beach with a complete
ocean view. Each offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a
large living room.
The exterior of the villa consists of a wide veranda with
Jacuzzi, private pool and a dedicated tent on the beach.
To pamper guests in the retreat, a private butler service is
guaranteed to satisfy every need. Our beach villas
represent the true example of luxury and comfort for
high-ended guests, beach lover or families.
KILIMANJARO RESTAURANT (Main Restaurant) Our Main Restaurant sits over 200 guests and serves under the typical Makuti roof style. Kilimanjaro Buffet Restaurant, together with its special live cooking corners, can offer a wide variety of food that can satisfy every palate. Special Dinner by the pool is organized once per week. Opening hours: Breakfast from 07:30am to 10:00am Lunch from 1:00pm to 2:30pm Dinner from 07:30pm to 09:30pm SULTAN BAR (Main Bar) The Main bar is the best place to enjoy an International pre-dinner and after-dinner cocktails. The Main Bar is open from 10.00am to 01.00am. GOLD RESTAURANT (“À la carte” Beach Restaurant) Our “À la carte” Beach Restaurant offers a friendly, elegant and private atmosphere, with a sought-after ocean view. Gold Restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic candlelight dinner on the beach. It serves delicious and creative plates based on fresh fish and local spices. By reservation only. Opening time is from 11.30am to 9.30pm. OCEAN DHOW (Beach Bar) For those who can’t drag themselves away from the beach snacks fresh drinks and tropical cocktails can be served to you directly under your sunumbrella. The bar is open from 10.00am to 11.00pm. Room service: From 7.30am to 4.00am. All Inclusive Package: Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant Kilimanjaro. Water, fresh juice, soft drink, local beer, selected house wine, cocktails list, American coffee and tea. Tea time at 5.00pm. Mini bar: one refill per day. All Inclusive package is valid from 10.00am to 11.00pm. Not included: premium brand spirit, wine selection. Gourmet Meal Plan: It’s an Extensive All Inclusive valid from 10.00am to 11.00pm that includes all quality spirits from the bar list, a selection of quality wines by the glass (except champagne, cognac and aged wiskeys), possibility to eat lunch and dinner in the à la carte restaurant, possibility to order light meals and snacks on the beach or poolside, order breakfast in the room on request.
