EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITY 64th Annual Heber W. Youngken, Jr. “Last Chance” Pharmacy Clinic Live Program November 4, 2021 Radisson Airport Hotel, Warwick, Rhode Island Dear Colleague, The University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy invites you to become an exhibitor at the upcoming continuing pharmacy education program, the 64th Annual Heber W. Youngken, Jr. Pharmacy Clinic, on Thursday, November 4, 2021. This one-day continuing education program will be held in person at the Radisson Airport Hotel in Warwick, RI and will be live-streamed to virtual attendees. The program is expected to attract more than 100 community, hospital and managed care pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other health care professionals in person and online. This year’s program agenda was developed to increase the pharmacist’s and pharmacy technician’s knowledge of issues relating to COVID-19 such as vaccines and treatments, management of anxiety in adults and adolescents, as well as provide updates from the RI Department of Health on regulatory matters and COVID-19, and more timely topics. This program offers pharmacists the last chance to earn 5 live contact hours before the CE reporting period in RI closes and will include required CE credits in pharmacy law and immunizations. An exhibit hall will be available to our attendees during registration and breakfast from 7:00 am – 8:15 am as well as one morning break and a lunch break. A $500 exhibitor fee entitles you to one 6-foot exhibit table with two chairs, breakfast, breaks, lunch, acknowledgment of your company in our printed program materials, social media and email communication, and on our registration website. Several sponsorship opportunities are available, including exclusive sponsorship of the breakfast buffet for $1,000 and sponsorship of the networking scholarship luncheon for $2,000. The full conference sponsorship is available for $5,000. As space in the exhibit hall is limited, we encourage you to secure your table today.
