EXHIBIT & BOOTH INFORMATION
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Exhibit Space Rates
RSSI Members Payments
- All booth reservations must be made via telephone through

Cancellations
- If a booth reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the

Exhibit Opening 50% of the cost of the booth will be forfeited.
- If a booth reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the Exhibit
Opening 100% of the cost of the booth will be forfeited.
- If a cancelled booth is able to be resold 70% of the cost
of the booth will be returned. A cancelled booth that is
exchanged for another booth space already reserved shall
not be considered resold.

The Minneapolis Convention Center The following is included in the booth rental fee
The MCC is a state-of-the-art convention facility with very few per 100 square feet:

of 350 lbs/square ft. All levels of the convention center are
accessible by escalators and elevators. - 7 inch x 44 inch identification booth sign with company name

Exhibit Booth Construction
Booths are constructed of aluminum pipe and cloth drape. Special signage, booth furnishings, carpeting, electricity,
Hard-wall exhibit booths and furnishings can be rented at the internet hookups, compressed air and gas, and cleaning
exhibitor’s expense from the Official RSSI Service Contractor, services are not included but are available at an additional fee

Railway Systems Suppliers
Policy on Entertainment
Revised for the 2019 Railway Interchange Exhibitions
• This policy has been established by the RSSI Board of Directors and is intended to give all RSSI member companies, large
and small, an equal opportunity to participate in the entertainment of our railroad, transit and government customers.
• The policy requires all RSSI member companies and their associates to refrain from organized private entertaining of
customers during any and all RSSI scheduled functions during RSSI C&S exhibitions.
• When RSSI combines with AREMA, REMSA and RSI for a combined Railway Interchange event, RSSI will provide a
common hospitality room at the RSSI headquarters hotel (Minneapolis Marriott City Center) for all RSSI member companies
and their C&S customer guests.
• When RSSI sponsors a common hospitality room, RSSI members are free to hold impromptu dinners with customers
between the times the exhibits close and the common hospitality room opens each day. Members are expected to
participate in the common hospitality room activities during open hours.
• For the 2019 Railway Interchange Event the RSSI hospitality event will be held from 7:00pm to 10:00pm on Saturday,
Sunday and Monday evenings (September 21, 22, & 23).
• All private organized entertaining should be avoided during the times the RSSI common hospitality room is open.
• The hospitality suite will offer activities as well as food and beverage to accommodate all RSSI members and their customer
attendees.
• RSSI member private hospitality rooms are strictly forbidden.
• Meeting space is provided for our members at no charge but may not be used for entertaining customers.
• The RSSI Board of Directors has consulted with the primary executives and management among our customer base and we
have their complete support for this policy. All RSSI members are expected to comply with this policy.
• The Contact Officer for each RSSI member company is responsible to notify all representatives from the member company
of this policy.

EXHIBIT SPACE APPLICATION & CONTRACT
RSSI invites you to partcipate in the 59th Annual RSSI C&S Exhibiton, in conjunction with Railway Interchange being held
Sept. 21-24, 2019 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, MN. The RSSI exhibits will be open free of charge
to all US and international railroad, transit, and government agency attendees.
All space and corresponding rental rates will be assigned via telephone
conversation with the Railway Systems Suppliers, Inc. office. (904-379-3366)

EXHIBIT CONTRACT PROVISIONS
REQUESTS FOR EXHIBIT SPACE:
Requests for exhibit space must be handled in the following manner –
1) PHONE the RSSI office at (904) 379-3366 to confirm availability of desired space(s) prior to forwarding application and payment. Booth space
reservations will be made according to appointment timeframe emailed to voting and exhibit rep. Booth sales will continue to be accepted until
all spaces are reserved.
2) RSSI staff will confirm available space selection in the member company’s name pending receipt of contract and deposit.
If contract and deposit are not received within ten (10) days, the space will be released and made available to other members.
3) An Exhibitor Service Manual will be available in electronic format within six (6) months of exhibit
4) RSSI reserves the right to shift space assignments after the contract has been signed if they find it necessary to do so. Exhibitor will be
notified with any changes
USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE:
1) All demonstrations and exhibits must be confined to the Exhibitor’s designated area. Exhibiting in any other area not designated by Railway
Systems Suppliers, Inc. is not permitted.
2) No Exhibitor shall assign, sub-let, or share the whole or any part of the exhibit space allotted.
3) Direct selling or taking of orders in the aisles is strictly forbidden. Such activities must be confined to the exhibitors allotted exhibit space.
4) Exhibitor agrees to keep the exhibit booth open to customers for the entire advertised exhibit hours, and that the exhibitor will not begin tearing
down their booth until notified by a member of the RSSI staff.
