The 1st May Concert is the most beautiful and largest free live music event in Rimini.
A musical marathon, and a street event at the same time, that wants to please everyone while maintaining high
quality and with a social content.
Born years ago in the coast area, since last year it has moved to one of the most beautiful places in the city, the
Marecchia park: a stone's throw from the historic center, it has the bridge of Tiberius as a theatrical backdrop,
increasing the visual impact of the show and leaving guests free to move in and out of the event.
It starts the afternoon of April 30th with a DJ set from the Jackie Rose satellite, but the highlight of the event will
be the 1st of May concert, where a tribute to Fabrizio De Andrè . Duo Bucolico, Marchs, Million Dollar Trio, Radio
London, Tribute to De Andrè will alternate with Andrea Amati, Federico Mecozzi, Miami and the Groovers, Carlo
and the Pulci ukulele band, Lorenzo Bartolini, Luca Cancian, Giacomo Toni.
A real village will be set up on the stage, with food stands and a large play area for children.

From Fellini to Lynch a new film festival in Rimini
"7th Art - Cinema and Industry" is an international project, which aims to celebrate and promote the film
industry.
The festival consists of three days of events dedicated to cinema in the most evocative places in Rimini and of the
exhibition "David Lynch. Dreams. A Tribute To Fellini”.
The Settima Arte, included in the calendar of events of "Towards 2020: 100 years of Fellini", presents
exhibitions, screenings, conferences, masterclasses, readings in close relationship with the territory.
The exhibition "DAVID LYNCH. Dreams. A Tribute To Fellini", conceived and created by the Fellini Foundation
in Sion, is a unique exhibition that the great filmmaker David Lynch has created to honor Federico Fellini inspired
by the last scene of the film "8 ½". The film festival will also be a moment of recognition, with the awarding of the
Confindustria Romagna prize "Cinema and Industry". Pupi Avati will preside the jury. The ceremony will be
presented by the journalist and presenter of 'Uno Mattina' Franco Di Mare, while the famouus Italian actress Laura

International Beach Tchoukball Festival

As usual, the international tchoukball experts meet up in Rimini for the championship that is held every year on
the beach of Viserba. 5 tournaments, 20 courses, 1300 athletes, 1km of beach, a weekend of sun, sea, sports
and entertainment.
A precious opportunity to discover a sport that combines spectacularity, fair play, competition and
friendship. Thousands of girls and boys, adults and young people from all over the world, fans of tchoukball, have
been meeting since 2003 on the sand in Viserba di Rimini to create an event of unique and exciting sport! The
participants will meet on the fields hosted by the Bahia Rico's Cafè (baths 35-36), Playa Tamarindo (baths 30-34)
and Marinagrande (baths 24-29).

Exhibition by Salvatore Amelio at the City Museum
The works of Salvatore Amelio in the exhibition entitled ' Luce concreta'/'Concrete Light'.
His works seem to portray and often anticipate the dismemberment of the form that did not concern only the
Pergamos Altar.
The gesture of a figure, the torsion of a known body ( which comes from the repertoire of ancient painting) which
is suspended a moment before its detachment from the other parts.
Thus also the drawings and the paintings appear as projects for a sculptural thought that investigates that

Exhibition at the City Museum
Fioravanti's work, ‘Il Cenacolo Rirovato’, will be on display until June 16th in the spaces of the City Museum.
The large fresco recently discovered is at the center of the exhibition set up on the first floor of the Museum,
where the work will dialogue with those by Bartolomeo Coda, a sixteenth-century painter, very active in Rimini and
in Romagna.
The cenacle, a work of large and unusual dimensions (four meters by two), represents the Last Supper and is a
fresco on canvas that Fioravanti created for the chapel inside the complex of the ‘Congregazione Sorelle
dell'Immacolata’ of Miramare, founded by don Domenico Masi .
Next to the rediscovered work, a small Crucifixion and a self-portrait, lent by Fioravanti's wife, Adele Briani, dated
also in 1970. All three works are frescos.
After the sculptures and drawings retrospective in 2015, this new exhibition represents a first partial attempt to
investigate an aspect of Fioravanti's work still little investigated .

Jova Beach Party is the tour conceived by Lorenzo Jovannotti for the summer of 2019 which includes 15 special
stages on the major Italian beaches and among these Rimini.
It will be the beach of Rimini Terme, thanks to its large space available, to accommodate a large village dedicated
to music and not only, conceived as a new concert format, a temporary city, a happening for the new time.
In this way, Jovannotti invents a new formula and transforms a concert into an event in which emotions, music
and dance are at the center of everything, involving kids, adults and children in a moment of happiness and life.
The artist will be in the console as a DJ, will perform with the band and will introduce national and international
guests in a show that will last until the moonlight around a bonfire, in close harmony with nature, the beach and
the sea.
In addition, this artistic experience, also wants to be physical and sensory, with particular attention to the
environment, in fact Jova Beach Party supports WWF against pollution in the planet, especially from plastic with
the WWF PlasticFree Tour.

Exhibition by American director David Lynch dedicated to the maestro Federico Fellini
The exhibition “David Lynch. Dreams. A Tribute to Fellini " will be on display in Rimini from May 3rd to July 14th.
With the vernissage at Castel Sismondo at 4:00 pm on Friday 3 May, it will remain in the rooms of the Malatesta
fortress until 5 May, then it will be transferred to the ‘Primo Piano’ Gallery from 11 May to 14 July.
It consists of 11 lithographs that the filmmaker and contemporary artist has created exclusively to pay tribute to
the last scene of Federico Fellini's film '8 ½'.
On display also 12 drawings by the Maestro, chosen by Lynch among those of the collection of Fellini Foundation
in Sion.
An extraordinary series of prints, in which Lynch's admiration for Fellini clearly emerges.
Created in Los Angeles and printed at Item Editions in Paris, a historic lithography workshop, these works
symbolize the artistic power of Federico Fellini's recognized genius.
