Exhibition on the graphics of album covers, books and magazines of 1968
The exhibition, which will open on April 6th at 5.30 pm in the Sala delle Teche, will offer, through the exposition of
the covers of the most iconic records, books and magazines of 1968, an overview of the artistic production during
the years of the protest.
The album covers will alternate with those of books and magazines with a chronological or thematic criterion,
sometimes with a rigorous and philological cut, sometimes with a "pop" cut. Specific situations will be dedicated to
Jimi Hendrix and Andy Warhol, considered icons of that period (Warhol's rare Index Book is of particular interest).
The same for the poet Emilio Villa, whose famous Disco Muto will be exhibited.

The 1st May Concert is the most beautiful and largest free live music event in Rimini.
A musical marathon, and a street event at the same time, that wants to please everyone while maintaining high
quality and with a social content.
Born years ago in the coast area, since last year it has moved to one of the most beautiful places in the city, the
Marecchia park: a stone's throw from the historic center, it has the bridge of Tiberius as a theatrical backdrop,
increasing the visual impact of the show and leaving guests free to move in and out of the event.
It starts the afternoon of April 30th with a DJ set from the Jackie Rose satellite, but the highlight of the event will
be the 1st of May concert, where a tribute to Fabrizio De Andrè . Duo Bucolico, Million Dollar Trio, Radio London,
Tribute to De Andrè will alternate with Andrea Amati, Miami and the Groovers, Carlo and the Pulci, Lorenzo
Bartolini, Luca Cancian, Giacomo Toni.
A real village will be set up on the stage, with food stands and a large play area for children.

"7th Art - Cinema and Industry" is an international project, which aims to celebrate and promote the film
industry.
The festival consists of three days of events dedicated to cinema in the most evocative places in Rimini and of the
exhibition "David Lynch. Dreams. A Tribute To Fellini”.
The Settima Arte, included in the calendar of events of "Towards 2020: 100 years of Fellini", presents
exhibitions, screenings, conferences, masterclasses, readings in close relationship with the territory.
The exhibition "DAVID LYNCH. Dreams. A Tribute To Fellini", conceived and created by the Fellini Foundation
in Sion, is a unique exhibition that the great filmmaker David Lynch has created to honor Federico Fellini inspired
by the last scene of the film "8 ½". The film festival will also be a moment of recognition, with the awarding of the
Confindustria Romagna prize "Cinema and Industry". Pupi Avati will preside the jury. The ceremony will be
presented by the journalist and presenter of 'Uno Mattina' Franco Di Mare, while the famouus Italian actress Laura
Morante will celebrate the world of cinema with a performance on stage at Galli Theatre.

International Beach Tchoukball Festival

As usual, the international tchoukball experts meet up in Rimini for the championship that is held every year on
the beach of Viserba. 5 tournaments, 20 courses, 1300 athletes, 1km of beach, a weekend of sun, sea, sports

A precious opportunity to discover a sport that combines spectacularity, fair play, competition and
friendship. Thousands of girls and boys, adults and young people from all over the world, fans of tchoukball, have

The works of Salvatore Amelio in the exhibition entitled ' Luce concreta'/'Concrete Light'.
His works seem to portray and often anticipate the dismemberment of the form that did not concern only the
Pergamos Altar.
The gesture of a figure, the torsion of a known body ( which comes from the repertoire of ancient painting) which
is suspended a moment before its detachment from the other parts.
Thus also the drawings and the paintings appear as projects for a sculptural thought that investigates that
laceration of the Art, preferring swirling and spiral morphologies that look like reconstructed fragments.
Standing out against a cloudy sky, those plastic elements, although incomplete, retain a dynamic energy; indeed,
it is perhaps the condition of exploded parts that gives them a kinetic development.

After the great success of last year, the extraordinary "Boathlon Monster Competition RiminiWellness 2019" -
Third Edition returns by popular demand.
The competition consists in the sum of the two best times that the competitors will perform in the Water Race and
in the Inflatable Race.
The circuit consists in: start of the water race from the shore in front of BoaBay, swim round the perimeter of the
waterpark; start of the inflatable race wearing the life-jacket and run upto the iceberg from which they dive and
swim to the shore.
The arrival on the shoreline determines the end of the race.
Participation in the competition is free and open to everyone from 16 years old.

Fioravanti, il cenacolo ritrovato

Exhibition at the City Museum
Fioravanti's work, ‘Il Cenacolo Rirovato’, will be on display until June 16th in the spaces of the City Museum.
The large fresco recently discovered is at the center of the exhibition set up on the first floor of the Museum,
where the work will dialogue with those by Bartolomeo Coda, a sixteenth-century painter, very active in Rimini and
in Romagna.
The cenacle, a work of large and unusual dimensions (four meters by two), represents the Last Supper and is a
fresco on canvas that Fioravanti created for the chapel inside the complex of the ‘Congregazione Sorelle
dell'Immacolata’ of Miramare, founded by don Domenico Masi .
Next to the rediscovered work, a small Crucifixion and a self-portrait, lent by Fioravanti's wife, Adele Briani, datedEVENTI

Circus 8 and 1/2 of flavors. Things made by hands and heart
“Al Meni” announces the dates of the next edition which will be held on 22nd and 23th June 2019.
For two days the “Circo 8 e ½ dei sapori” will be the beating heart of the most lively and original food and wine
festival of the peninsula, led by the world's number one chef, Massimo Bottura.
Inside the Circus you can taste a slice of the world with many show cooking held by 12 chefs from Emilia
Romagna together with 12 of the most interesting young chefs in the world who will offer the public starred dishes
at street food prices.
Around the circus, special gourmet street food points with the best ingredients from Emilia Romagna and a
starred ice-cream parlour.
On the seafront, between the Circus and the port, a real food market of excellence: a journey of taste among
small and large agricultural producers, where you can taste and buy the best products from the Emilia Romagna,
the only one in Europe with 44 PDO and PGI products.
In front of the Circus, artisans and designers will reinterpret the theme of food to show their creations marked by
the "handmade" brand; workshops, meetings with experts and guided tastings in Slow Food points will complete
the event.

Competitive event of gymnastics at the Rimini Fair
“Ginnastica in Festa” is a sporting event of the FGI, the Gymnastic Federation of Italy, organized by Esatour
Sport Events and ASD Pesaro Gym.
Also this year, after the success of the 2018 edition that has counted over 80,000 admissions, the pavilions of the
Rimini Fair will host the sporting event: 12,500 athletes followed by 2,000 trainers, 300 national judges and many
protagonists of the Olympics and international competitions.
