Coming Soon... Miriam’s Fitness Corner Aging Gracefully How many times have you heard the expression “Aging November 2021 Gracefully”? I, myself, have heard it a countless number of times throughout my life and career. As I continue to age, I am realizing that the term means a variety of things to different people.
