Section 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 GENERAL use and operation of the Brisbane Markets®, (a) Brisbane Markets Limited ABN 39 064 983 017 including but not limited to Policies regarding (BML) is the owner and manager of the insurance compliance, Tenant alterations and Brisbane Markets® complex. BML’s primary additions, service provider access, privacy, business operations at this Site include: transactions with Tenancy Agreements, and the Sale of Goods (the Policies). (iv) Sell and/or deliver any Goods that BML has prohibited for Sale in the Brisbane Markets®; and (v) Sell any Goods by auction or advertise a Sale by auction within the Brisbane Markets®. (b) The Sale and/or the delivery of Goods to Buyers or other Persons who are on or in the Brisbane Markets® is absolutely prohibited unless the Sale or delivery is made by a Selling Floor Tenant.
