Site Criteria A total of 1,100 to 1,300 square feet is ideal for your traditional retail location. The space must have a minimum frontage of 15 ½ square feet. Larger or smaller stores may be acceptable depending on rental costs and the store’s layout configuration. A traditional retail storefront with ample window fenestration is required.
