D D A MESSAGE FROM OUR DINING MANAGER Allow me to take this opportunity to introduce you to Dining with Distinction, steam train hauled luxury dining experiences through picturesque Lancashire. From the moment you board our Orient Express style carriages you will begin a gastronomic journey back in time, where to dine by train was the height of sophistication. Our dining carriages are immaculately preserved, with their sumptuously upholstered seats and dimmed lights, providing a picture perfect vantage point to admire the passing scenery of rolling green hills and traditional villages. We have a multitude of dining options available, from a five course fine dining affair to a great, great value two course lunch and our NEW FOR 2019 Comedy Dinner Show, where we pride ourselves on serving locally sourced produce wherever we can. Our bar is superbly stocked with a variety of wines, spirits and beers, including real ales. Champagne is also available for those truly special occasions. Everything, from the beautiful bespoke dinnerware and crisp table linen to the actual bells and whistles, is lovingly restored. Of course quality is just as important as presentation, and delivering sterling service is at the heart of what we do. It is those little touches that keep our customers coming back time and time again.
