You agree the Kempsey Shire Council is the owner of the copyright and other intellectual property in that recording and that it may use the recording for any purpose it considers appropriate, including publicity, education and/or other activities and may earn income for Kempsey Shire Council’s own benefit. You waive any moral rights you have. Kempsey Shire Council is not obliged to exercise the right to make any recording. • Code of Conduct – You agree to act professionally with respect to all fellow delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and Kempsey Shire Council staff. The event organiser reserves the right to ask any party to leave or cease trading at the event where we deem activities to be offensive, dangerous, disruptive or non-compliant with Council’s Regulations and/or Health Authority Regulations. • All stallholders MUST comply with the Council/local government/licensing requirements. Stall holders must comply with all State and Commonwealth laws and regulations applicable to the class of product being sold or services being provided. • It is the intention of the event organiser that the event will go ahead under all conditions unless cancelled by the landowner, the Police or Emergency Services due to adverse weather, unforeseen, terrorist or emergency circumstances. • Public Liability (for stallholders) - you agree to provide Kempsey Shire Council with a copy of your Certificate of Currency with minimum $20,000,000 cover. • Practise any Government social distancing restrictions for public gatherings applicable at the time of the event. Help us make the Riverside Fun Day a ZERO WASTE event! This year we’re asking organisations to ‘think outside the box’ and come up with fun and engaging environmentally friendly activities that use recycled products, can be recycled and don’t produce plastic waste. ACTIVITY IDEAS Stenciled Tote Bags All you need is some acrylic paint, cotton tote bags, paint brushes or sponges, pre-made paper or cardboard stencils and pieces of cardboard to fit inside each bag when painting (as to not stain the other side of the bag). Participants can also free paint on the bags! Sand Art A table, paper and coloured sand. That’s it! Simply supply some paper, various colours of sand, some PVA glue and watch great art happen. Rainbow sand glass/plastic bottle decorations Carnival Can Toss are also a great idea. This is when coloured sand is poured into a bottle in layers. Participants All you need is some cans, rubber balls or tennis balls, can keep their bottle after making it. and some environmentally friendly prizes.
