Directors’ Message
Dear Lochearn Families,
Wow, what an incredible summer we had at Lochearn!
It has been awesome to hear from so many of our
campers and staff members over the past month. Thank
you for sharing stories with us about your Lochearn
experience.
We’re all feeling the same – we miss camp and waking
up in our cabins on Lake Fairlee every day. We miss
being able to just go sailing or waterskiing, ride a horse,
make something creative in ceramics or paddleboard to
Watermelon Island. At camp, we can live in the moment
and enjoy the smells and sounds of the beautiful
Vermont outdoors.
It is the best feeling in the world to really get settled
into the groove of camp life, only knowing if it is an A
Day, B Day or an S Day. At camp, we take on the day,
whatever it may bring. No electronics, no social media;
