Eat Street includes a covered central walkway with retractable roofing over dining areas on both sides. By providing a central walkway spine, the restaurants are able to extend their outdoor dining area to provide a welcoming dining experience. A unique feature is geothermal heating underlay which, along with enhanced lighting, enables the area to remain warm and inviting even during cold or wet winter days.
