Next morning fly to Flores, one of a series of sharp peaked green islands offering beautiful views. Visit the village of Mero to witness a folkloric dance, the caci, a dramatically staged whip dance. Check into your beachfront hotel. Rise very early the next morning to cruise through beautiful peaked islands and turquoise sea on a traditional boat to Komodo Island. Disembark and take a guided tour of the National Park to see the Komodo Dragons, walking up to Sulphurea and Frigate Hills for superb views. Sail to nearby Pink Beach for some spectacular snorkelling in turquoise water brimming with brightly coloured fish and coral. Afterwards sail onto Kalong Island in time to see thousands of bats flying out of their cave before returning to the hotel at the end of the day. Next day transfer to the airport to fly back to Bali.
