IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Parking: All spectator parking is at the middle school, on Slocum Rd, or on adjacent side streets. All
bus parking is at Quinn Elementary School (also the drop off point). Pit equipment vehicles will park
behind the Town Hall on Slocum Rd.
Restrooms: There will be a custodian on duty and the bathroom is open on the back side of the
Quinn School. There are also bathrooms in the middle school.
Member Re-Entry: Members will receive a hand stamp for Re-Entry.
Tickets: Tickets can be purchased the day of the event. Tickets will be $10 for adults, $8 for
students/seniors and children 6-12 years old, and free for children 5 and under.
Warm Up: It is a short walk to the warm-up fields behind the middle school.
Field Surface: The field is turf. High School hashes are present.
Power on Field: There is power located on the front of the stadium, 50-yard line.
Retreat: Student leaders will report behind the visitor stands for retreat.
Critique: Critique, following the event, will be held near the end zone.
Awards: Placement awards will be given in each division including “A” and Open classifications.
Awards will also be given for Best Music, Best Overall Effect and Best Visual.
Concessions: There is a large concession stand in the stadium and a trailer at the back gate.
Restrooms are in the home stands.
Credentials/Access: Everyone (other than student performers) needs either a ticket or a NESBA
event pass to enter the performance area.

● Take either 195 or 24 south to Route 140 South towards New Bedford/Dartmouth
● Take 140 South to end (it will intersect Rt. 6)
● Cross Rt. 6 onto Brownell Ave.
● Turn right at first lights onto Hawthorn St.
● Quinn Elementary School will be on the right for bus parking and bathrooms.
