Every single day at the Tooth of Time Traders we think about the outdoor gear
that helps you enjoy the trails here at Philmont Scout Ranch. That’s why we are so
excited to present to you our 2021 Custom Crew Catalog, now in its 20th season!
Not only have we added new designs, but we have also added to the offerings
including photo frames and even more women’s tees. Our website allows for easy
ordering at www.toothoftimetraders.com. Purchasing your custom crew merchandise

Itinerary tees
Debuting in 2019, this design became the most popular choice
amongst crews. This newly updated design now also incorporates
the mileage of your trek. These tees have each trek route overlaid updated for
on the Philmont map, with a marker showing each site where you
will camp. After itinerary selection, pick a matching shirt for your 2021
7-day, 9-day, 12-day Trek, or Cavalcade!
This shirt has all the same customization options as all our other
shirts. This design is available in all the same colors, fabrics and
sleeve length options as our microfiber and polyester tees.

You can mix and match shirt color and sleeve length. How do I place my order? We have fully moved to online ordering, just a click away at www.philmontcustom.com Can I use two different designs on the same shirt? No; if two-sided placement is desired, the same design and text will be used on both sides. Can I put individual crew member names on their respective shirt? No; text must be the same for each group of 6 shirts. Do the tees run big? Most find that our shirts fit true. For sizing information please refer to our sizing charts online. Can I use a promotional code on my custom order? Promo codes and special offers do not apply to custom orders. Will the large design stick to my body when I sweat? No; our tees undergo a sublimation ink printing process. During this process the ink becomes part of the fabric and still wicks moisture away. Silk screening however would have a plastic feel and stick to your body when you sweat. Are the performance caps ponytail friendly? Yes! They have a strap with a half-moon opening through which a ponytail will fit through. How much will shipping cost me? All orders will be charged $25 for shipping, no matter how big or small. AK, HI, PR, and International orders: Pick-up in store only. Can I pick up my order at Philmont? Yes; please select in store pick up while completing the online checkout process. Please note, orders picked up in the Tooth of Time Traders will still be charged $25 for shipping as the shirts are not printed at Philmont.
