FREE RICHMOND CULTUREDAYS.CA GREETINGS FROM THE MAYOR On behalf of the City Council and residents of Richmond, I would like to extend sincere greetings to all those taking part in the tenth annual Culture Days weekend, September 27 to 29, 2019. Culture Days is a wonderful opportunity to explore the impressive talent and creativity that exists in our own backyards. I encourage all Richmond residents and visitors to express their love of culture by participating. Get out and explore our amazing heritage sites, learn a new dance move, sing along with a choir, meet local artists, tour some public art and roll up your sleeves to unleash your own creativity.
