Timetable of activities Coaching sessions will take place primarily at: The Keepmoat Stadium, Stadium Way, Doncaster, DN4 5JW. Home fixtures will be played at the Keepmoat Stadium or the Elite Performance Centre at Cantley unless informed otherwise. Full changing and shower facilities are available on-site with a social area for parents. A selection of hot drinks are available on training evenings. Hot and cold food/drinks are available from caterers on-site during match days. All coaching staff including Paul Stancliffe & John Schofield are BFAS trained. Equipment Oxygen and Defibrillator located in physiotherapy room at all times. A second defibrillator is located on the wall of the main building. Stretcher, Neck Brace, Spinal Board, Manual suction and Ice located in Physiotherapy room. Splints, Aircast Boots Additional Medical Supplies located in Physiotherapy room. In the event of an injury Training is stopped and Player is not moved until physiotherapist assesses if required. Player is assessed pitch-side. Player is then moved by crutches or stretcher as appropriate to physiotherapy room where initial ax and PRICE is given. For suspected concussion, a pitch-side Player is removed from activity Immediately and SCAT-3 performed with Baseline comparison available in club medical records in paper format and on PMA. In the Event of Emergency If a player requires a hospital check but it is not a 999 emergency situation the player can be transferred by car to Doncaster Royal Infirmary with two members of staff present and players parents immediately informed prior to transfer. In the event of a 999 emergency and transfer for an acutely injured or ill player: Academy Physiotherapist Leads if first responder is NOT first team Physiotherapist or Academy Physiotherapist. Head Physiotherapist alerted to incident to assist if present. Academy Physiotherapist and Head Physiotherapist work together to stabilize player. Academy Physiotherapist or first responder maintains lead. Coaching staff directed to aid with equipment as required. Nominated person contacts 999 and relays details of incident as directed by clinical lead ASAP. Groundstaff alerted to incident to direct Ambulance from entrance of Cantley Park and open Pitchside Gate to allow unrestricted access to pitches. If air evacuation required ground staff will be alerted and act accordingly to clear the area. All other players are removed from area to maintain privacy and dignity and reduce distress. Match Day Cantley Park Y.T’s Oxygen, Defibrillator, Airways, Spinal Board, Neck brace, Crutches, fracture pack and stretcher located pitch-side. Ice located Pitch-side and available from Physiotherapy room. Additional Defibrillator located in main building. Additional 0xygen located in Physio room.
