19th - 21st July 2022 Culture, exploration and learning. What will you discover? This year our Discovery Week is for Year 7-10. 25+ different experiences, carefully curated by our staff. All selections must be made on Eventbrite website by 28th November You will have to book using your child’s Barr Beacon School email address. Ensure you book using your child’s name rather than your own. After this time we will begin to place pupils on trips/visits. Please note: • You will book via Eventbrite. Each trip is limited to the numbers in this booklet. • The cost will then be added on Wisepay. Failure to pay according to payment schedule will mean the place is given to another pupil. • Once you’ve booked on Eventbrite, WE WILL NOT CHANGE bookings. • We will not issue returns of money for any trip unless in exceptional circumstances. • Some trips fill very quickly. You may have to make a second choice. • Trips may have to be altered depending on the companies we are working with. If this happens, we will work hard to provide a similar experience for the pupils. 1|Page
