Church Street Stroll ZOO Monday, November 26, 2018 • 6:00–9:00 p.m. Location: Church Street (in front of the Freeman Store) Santa will ride down Church Street on a fire truck and greet children at the historic Freeman Store. Various local music groups will perform throughout the evening. Mayor Laurie DiRocco will light the Holiday Tree and there will be marshmallow roasting to add to the festive atmosphere. Visit historic sites such as the Freeman Store and Museum, Little Library, Caboose, Train Station, Knights of Columbus (formerly First Baptist Church) and Vienna Presbyterian’s Old Chapel. Church Street will be closed to traffic during the event. Visit local merchants along Church Street for holiday shopping. LUNCH WITH SANTA S anta will visit the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department to hear all your holiday wishes on Saturday December 8, from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Santa’s Elves get lots of help from the Vienna Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary in preparing lunch; chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, juice and cookies. There will be a fun craft and custard by Kiln and Co. and Patrick Henry Library will be entertaining the crowd. Saturday, December 8 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Cost: $5.00 per person (under 1 free) A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per family. At least one parent/guardian must accompany children and ticket must be purchased for each adult and child.
