All participants are required to perform the RT-PCR test 48 hours before departure to Poland - we appeal for home isolation after the test has been performed until the day of departure to Poland. 2. People with a positive test result cannot take part in the competition. 3. A document, translated into English, confirming a negative result should be carried with you when crossing the border, to be presented to the services, together with documents confirming participation in sports competitions. 4. The negative results of all members of the representation Team Leader must also show during the accreditation along with signed statements of responsibility (Annex A) - the LOC will make copies of each team member's negative RT-PCR test result and keep the originals of statements. 5. Obtaining accreditation will be possible only after receiving the complete set of the above-mentioned documents of the entire team. 6. Entry to the shooting range will be possible only after presenting the accreditation. 7. All ITOs and NTOs will be tested upon arrival at the expense of the LOC. 8. All NPCs are responsible for providing participants with the appropriate number of masks, gloves and hand sanitizer for personal use. 9. In Poland today, there is an obligation to maintain a 1.5 m distance (except for the caretaker of a disabled person) and an order to wear masks (surgical or FFP2, not face shield!) in public places, also outdoors.
During competition 1. Team Leaders are responsible for monitoring the health of team members and for their possible isolation due to symptoms. 2. Team Leaders are responsible for indicating people who should be isolated due to close contact with a person who has symptoms of coronavirus infection - ATTENTION! it is mandatory to isolate a symptomatic roommate. 3. Possible separate hotel room (s) for isolation is covered by the NPC at its own expense. 4. Contact with the Polish Sport Shooting Federation - Monika Skrzypiec-Spring M.D. only by phone in case of noticing symptoms of coronavirus infection at the following number: + 48 664 458 417 5. In case of life-threatening symptoms, contact the ambulance service at the following number: 112 6. If symptoms are observed and after telephone consultation with a Polish Sport Shooting Federation doctor, The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that the PCR test is performed on symptomatic individuals. He may also decide to test the roommate and other people who may have become infected through close contact. Tests are made at the expense of the NPCs. 7. The test / tests will be performed at the hotel after contacting with the company: uPacjenta.pl (www.upacjenta.pl), e-mail: r.sokolowski@upacjenta.pl. The cost of a single test with travel and translation is around EUR 150. With more tests to be performed, the price will be lower. 8. All persons who, by the decision of the Team Leader, have been isolated cannot take part in the competition until all persons who have taken the test have received a negative RT-PCR test result. 9. After receiving a negative result of the RT-PCR test / tests, isolated persons may return to participate in the competition. 10. If the RT-PCR test (s) are positive, a 10-day quarantine is imposed, which will be held in in a hotel room at the expense of the NPCs. 11. If it is necessary to perform RT-PCR or other tests before departure, we recommend contacting uPacjenta.pl – RT-PCR tests are also performed at the weekend (after prior notification of such a need), results are available up to 24 hours and are translated into English or German. At the Venue 1. At the main entrance to the shooting range and the final hall accreditations and temperature will be checked - the facility will be closed to people without accreditation and to the public. 2. Hand sanitizer will be available at the main entrance and at all shooting ranges and in public areas. 3. At the shooting range, masks may be removed only by competitors and only during training / competition while at the shooting stand, and by all participants only while eating in the designated area.
4. Signs will be placed throughout the facility to remind you to keep a distance from other people and to use the masks correctly and continuously. Competition staff and volunteers will also pay attention to appropriate behavior. 5. The LOC will ensure that contact with the surfaces in the shooting range is limited, e.g. most of the doors will be open, volunteers will assist in moving around, collecting equipment and weapons from the storages. 6. Every participant must disinfect hands before entering or leaving the equipment control area. 7. Equipment and weapons storages staff and Equipment Control judges will pay attention to frequent disinfection of their hands. 8. All competition staff and volunteers at the facility will wear masks. Transport 1. The LOC provides transportation to and from the airport only. 2. The means of transport may be occupied by a maximum of 50% of the available places. 3. The LOC will do everything it can to avoid joining the teams transported (this depends on the number of people in the teams and flight times). 4. Teams will be transported from the airport to the shooting range to deposit their weapons and then to the hotels. 5. After each ride, common surfaces such as handles will be disinfected. 6. Everyone must wear a mask when using transport.
Additional arrangements 1. In case of the cancellation of the competition due to the COVID-19 epidemic and the change of the guidelines in force in Poland, which make it impossible to conduct the competition (eg. closing the borders, ban on organizing sports competitions), the LOC will return 90% of the paid funds to the NPCs. The remaining 10% will be used to cover the necessary costs already incurred by the LOC in the preparation of the competition. 2. By entering the competition and making the payment, the NPCs simultaneously declare that they have read and accept the above arrangements. 3. The above guidelines may change due to the dynamically changing epidemic situation in Poland and in the world.
