How to place an ad
• Review the ad sizes and rates on pages 4-7 to determine your needs.
• To reserve your ad space, please fill out, sign and return the Ad Order Form and Terms
& Conditions documents as soon as possible either by email to Wendy.A.Schoeman@
disney.com or by fax at (714) 781-4109. If you send by email, both documents must be
signed and scanned.
• Review designer checklist below and submit ad by Nov. 1. All offers must be valid
through Dec. 31, 2019.
• Invoice will be mailed in January 2019 with payment instructions. Payments are
accepted by check or credit card and are due 45 days after invoice date.
Designer Checklist
Incredible Discounts directory is printed in COLOR.
Preferred ad format is a Press Quality PDF, TIFF, or JPEG format with a
minimum resolution of 300 dpi (CMYK full color, grayscale, or b&w).
For PDF submissions, all fonts must be outlined or embedded within the file.
Ad must be set up to the correct size, and all elements of the ad must be within
the ad size. Ads that are not the correct size will be scaled proportionally to fit
the purchased ad size.
Ads have no bleed. There will be a black border added to all ads so they do not
blend in with the half-inch page margin or other ads.

I.D. Incredible Discounts
FAQs
How often is the I.D. Incredible Discounts printed?
The West Coast directory is published every January and is made available at our
employee centers in Anaheim, Burbank and Glendale. For those Disney employees who
prefer to read it digitally, we also post an electronic version to our intranet.
What are your ad order deadlines?
In order to hold your space, we need your Ad Order Form and Terms and Conditions
document and your Text and/or Display Ad no later than Nov. 1 .
If my business advertises in the West Coast I.D. Incredible Discounts, where else will our ad
appear?
At no additional charge, we can also post your customized ad to our internal website.
Do I have to offer a discount or coupon?
Yes, because it is a discounts directory, we ask that a discount or special offer be included
in your advertisement. A coupon is optional.
May I order for both the I.D. Incredible Discounts and the bi-weekly cast member publication,
the Disneyland Resort Line?
Yes, you can order for one or both if you would like. Both publications are popular with
our Disney cast members and employees. If you would like more information on the
Disneyland Resort Line, please contact Wendy Schoeman at Wendy.A.Schoeman@
Disney.com.
Can you explain the Spanish advertisement option?
If you order a display ad, you may also submit a Spanish version that will be published in
our Spanish edition, at no additional charge.
What is Text-Only versus Display Ad?
Text-Only (Size A) is text consisting of no more than 350 characters, including spaces.
Because it is Text-Only, we are not able to print your logo. Only Display Ads can include
your company logo and other images. Your Display Ad needs to be sent to us ready for
insertion. If needed, we can refer you to external design agencies.
Can the same ad I give you for the I.D. Incredible Discounts also be used for the Disneyland
Resort Line?
Most of the advertisement sizes can be used for both, with a few exceptions. Please contact
