Top message

In April 2021, we took a new step forward as FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan. We are a sales company
bringing together the knowledge and know-how of all employees based on the connections with customers that
we have cultivated over many years in domestic sales and maintenance activities.

Today, the business environment has entered a new phase as the environment surrounding society and companies
changed significantly. Our new company name is the reflection of our commitment to “bring innovation to
customers’ businesses” to meet their diversifying needs.

Since our founding, we have continued to evolve by quickly responding to changes in the times such as
colorization and digitalization while placing importance on human-centered communication. We will expand our
operations in the document solutions business domain and accelerate the provision of new value that supports
the digital transformation (DX) of our customers in line with the times, thus contributing to resolve societal issues
as a whole. Further, by truly knowing our customers and understanding their potential needs, we will deliver value
that surpasses their expectations through innovative technology and creativity.

Our goal is to share a common vision with customers, work with them to solve their problems to meet their real
needs, and become an indispensable presence for them. We also value our ties with local communities and will
