RICCI HOTELLERIE DIVISION
We live in the most beautiful country in the world, Italy. Our culture, art and
landscapes are what most characterize us and make us unique. It is therefore
imperative that we take the best possible approach to the issue of renovating our
hotel stock.

The experience gained in recent years in the field of hotel revamping has led the
company to structure itself more and more heavily in this area.

Ricci HD’s professionalism, consisting of Architects, Designers and Engineers,
complements those of the design and interior of the clients, offering a service
aimed at the rapid resolution of the various aspects of hotel construction.

     With the engineering company MT Ricci S.r.l., a subsidiary of Ricci S.p.A., we aim to
     be an even more qualified interlocutor of the client.

     In addition to supporting company activities in a qualified manner, also including
     project analysis, its purpose is to provide the possibility of taking on a support or
     operational role in the executive design, also prior to the execution phase.

     The management of the entire process, from executive planning to design &
     build, is aimed not only at optimizing resources and time, but also at a more agile

CIRCULAR WORKSITE
     Since its establishment, Ricci S.p.A. has considered the reduction of
     environmental impact in the construction sector to be of primary importance,
     being among the first to introduce the concept of “circular building site”.

     In order to efficiently monitor and minimize the environmental impact of the
     building site, Ricci S.p.A. activates strict control processes in its yards in view of
     the circularity of the production processes:
     • Control and monitoring of water and electricity consumption directly on site,
     in accordance with Goal 12 of the international SDG’S;
     • Sorting and supervision of the entire cycle and disposal of waste materials
     throughout the duration of the site.

     Since 2018, a partnership has been established between Ricci S.p.A. and the GREEN
     Observatory at Bocconi University in Milan, in order to give a tangible form to
     the awareness of the themes of sustainability and circular economy, and for the
     diffusion of sustainable building practices and research results.
     The same project is being studied by Assolombarda and the “Tavola dei Rettori” of
     the Universities of Lombardy, a body with which Ricci S.p.A. directly interfaces.

SUPPORT FOR ART
Ricci S.p.A. is committed to building solid relationships between the world of
Culture and Entrepreneurship by promoting projects aimed at popularising Art.

With Paretidarte, a Ricci S.p.A. brand, the company promotes projects linked to
cultural dissemination. In particular, it supports the Teatro Vittoria in Rome, to
increase the capital’s artistic and cultural affirmation and actively collaborates in
the initiatives by the Teatro Franco Parenti and the Bagni Misteriosi in Milan.
Ricci S.p.A. wants to strengthen its ties with the art world, with the aim of
promoting a new concept in which business and culture go hand in hand.

Ricci S.p.A. believes that the protection of culture, in all its forms, must be
constantly cultivated so that it can return to the primary role it deserves.

first Italian branch of the famous chain
of luxury hotels born in London in
the early ‘90s.
