“CONNECTED” Services by ITX | 2Introduction
ITX is developing its digital offer under the name "CONNECTED" in order to better serve its
customers: Expatriates, Corporate HR Client and External Service Providers.
This approach is part of the ITX development plan

To this end, the digital offer now includes:
CONNECTED App (Mobile + Desktop) for Expatriates
CONNECTED Web portal for Expatriates
CONNECTED Box for Corporate HR Clients and External Service Providers
CONNECTED ERP + Comp & Ben tools for HR ITX employees
This "CONNECTED" digital offer thus allows the implementation of new functionalities without
additional development costs for our customers for all the services described below.
"CONNECTED", due to the complete integration of the different modules, offers greater
efficiency in the management/administration of clients' expatriate files.
This will of course be supported by the necessary connections for data exchange with other
software.
The objective is to provide our Clients, their expatriates and the various External Service
Providers (Relocations, Taxes, Insurers, etc.) with the most advanced and appropriate
technological tools in a structured and secure manner.

A mobile / desktop application offering our clients' Expatriates centralized access to:
m-Helpdesk
o Secure access for all expatriate questions to ITX managers with
determination of the degree of prioritization. The expatriate is immediately
informed of the maximum waiting time. Different sorts of documents may be
attached to messages
m-Profile
o Consultation and modification request of the expatriate's personal data
(GDPR compliant). Changes in family status: birth, marriage, divorce,...
m-Timesheets *
o The expatriate's declaration of his work periods in workflow format
(hierarchical validation). Follow-up of vacation and recovery periods
m-Expenses *
o The expatriate's declaration of his expense reports in workflow format
(hierarchical validation). Payments of contractual or mission expense
reports

coverage, international health coverage, etc.)

o Long-term secure storage of the client's expatriate data
Security lists
o Nominative list of Expatriates with family members including the necessary
information (Surname, first name, date of birth, address, telephone number,
passport number, etc.) that may be useful in case of an emergency
evacuation (accident, crisis situation, etc.)

The tools used by ITX Employees dedicated to the daily management of the client's
expatriates:

o Cockpit allowing ITX managers to have a daily overview of all current and
future tasks
Onboarder *
o Workflow allowing ITX managers to integrate our clients' expatriates into
their Global Employment Company under the best conditions. Monitoring of
the different key stages in the onboarding processes: Signing of
employment contract, social insurance affiliation, payroll, relocation, etc.
ProConcept
o ITX ERP for payroll, accounting and invoicing in multi-currency
CalWabe
o Tool for calculating expatriate pay slips (updated according to changes in
the expatriate's remuneration as well as any variable and bonus he may
receive). This tool integrates Mercer, ECA,... data on cost of living
differentials (COLA), theoretical tax,... according to the customers, allowing
a calculation that meets the needs of our customers' International Mobility
regulations
