From Our President Welcome to 2022! HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope everyone is having a good start to 2022. JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE POLLS We are starting the new year with important business. The SCBA will mail Judicial Performance Polls to the membership in early January. The polls will address the judges in the Common Pleas Court General Division, Family Court, Probate Court and the Fifth District Court of Appeals. It’s your chance to provide anonymous feedback regarding our local judiciary so please take the time to complete the polls and return them to the SCBA. 50-YEAR HONORARY PRACTITIONERS As we do each year, we will be recognizing our 50- year honorary practitioners throughout 2022. They are John J. Bogniard (deceased), Thomas V. Ferrero, Lemuel R. Green, and John L. Nicodemo. Their pictures are on the cover of this month’s Bar Journal.
