In addition to the Champagne Flight, lunch will be a re-creation of an actual Concorde menu and will be taken with Capt. Mike Bannister, British Airways Chief Concorde Pilot, and, after your meal, he will give a fascinating Concorde presentation. Your day with Concorde will also include a brief visit to the Concorde Simulator - the only one in the world open to the public!
