Lift is located in the west parking lot and is height adjustable – stops at truck level for unloading semi-trailers, 5-Tons and 1-Ton vehicles. Snakes travel through this to the Orchestra Pit via Dressing Room B, and then pulled through an 8” diameter PVC pipe to back-right of the chamber. Snake Heads/Head Racks must be Stage Left. The auditorium is equipped with a Sennheiser infrared assisted hearing system. Transmitters are located on the orchestra level of the auditorium. 12 headsets are available through the Box Office.

Master relay for LX Circuits is located in Control Booth. Primary Control backbone is network using sACN protocol and ETC Net3 Gateways for DMX I/O. ETC Gio Lighting Console is primary system control. There is no tracking backup. ETC Unison Paradigm architectural controls run House Lights. PAGE 13 DRESSING ROOM A Located next to the green room, our principal dressing room has a private washroom and barrier free shower, as well as a wall-to-wall mirror with vanity lights. GROUP DRESSING ROOMS (B, C & D) Located on the Basement Level, all three dressing rooms have washroom stalls, and a shower. They feature wall-to- wall mirrors with vanity lights. Dressing Room B holds up to 19 people, Dressing Room C holds up to 14 people, and Dressing Room D holds up to 12 people. There are stairs and an elevator backstage to access these. WARDROBE Located on the Basement Level, it has a washer, dryer, 2 irons, a commercial steamer and a basin sink. Easily accessed from backstage by stairs and an elevator.
PAGE 14 MERCHANDISE POLICY When advancing your event with Lougheed Performing Arts Centre Staff, the Client is required to choose which merchandise sales arrangement best meets your needs, If the Client provides their own merchandise seller, that seller must provide a reconciliation count and settle the agreed percentage of gross sales dictated on the contract with the Event Duty Supervisor after the conclusion of all sales. If the Client requires that the Lougheed Performing Arts Centre provides personnel for merchandise sales, the following arrangement applies: - At least two hours before show time, the Client must provide an accurate count of all merchandise, which will be verified by the Lougheed Performing Arts Centre prior to the commencement of sales. - If there are 4 or less items (any combination of hard and soft goods) OR any items with a quantity of 50 or less (combined sizes per item included), the Lougheed Performing Arts Centre will provide a company volunteer for show sales, and the reconciliation will be completed by the Event Duty Supervisor and the Client. - If there is more than 4 items (any combination of hard and soft goods) OR any items with a quantity of 50 or more (combined sizes per item included), and this has been arranged previously, then the Lougheed Performing Arts Centre will provide paid Front of House staff to provide merchandise service, and the Client will be charged their hourly fee above the merchandise percentage in the contract and will be taken from the gross merchandise sales total. - If the Client exceeds the maximum amount of merchandise for a volunteer seller, when they have previously dictated that there are no more than 4 total items, then only that number of items may be sold, or the Event Duty Supervisor reserves the right to withdraw Lougheed Performing Arts Centre merchandise services for the event.
