Beechfield House is a gem of a country house hotel and is a wonderful venue for all kinds of
celebrations from private birthday parties or anniversary parties to corporate entertaining.
There is an impressive selection of beautiful private dining rooms, each guaranteed to
enhance the enjoyment of the occasion. For a fabulous private house party to remember,
Beechfield House may also be booked for exclusive use. Free Superfast dedicated Fibre
Broadband Wifi is available throughout the hotel, terrace and walled garden.

Beechfield House Hotel is proud to have been awarded: AA 4 Red Stars, Inspector’s Choice
2021 and 2 AA Rosettes for our food.

Whatever your needs, we are here to help accommodate them. Should you have different
requirements we would be delighted to tailor our packages to your needs.

Private dining rooms
We have four wonderfully different private dining rooms available. The following rooms are
available for hosting your special occasion depending on the numbers you intend inviting.

The Garden room

The versatile Garden room is a large and spacious room. Situated in a peaceful area of the
hotel on the ground floor and away from the hustle and bustle of the reception and entrance,
it also boasts patio doors which lead out onto the delightfully sheltered terrace and walled
garden.

The Music room

The Music room is full of character with stylish furnishings, open fire and stripped floor. It lends a
warm and homely feel and is the perfect room for mid-size parties.

The Library

The Library is a rich and impressive high ceiling room overlooking the terrace and perfect for
small groups wishing to host a private event.

The Card room

The Card room, situated in the heart of the hotel, is a small and intimate room.

A great way to begin your event is with an arrival drink – especially for those who have come a
long way and need something refreshing. We are able to serve almost anything that you care
to choose from our extensive drinks menu or even if it is not there, we will try and find what you
are looking for! Prices are quoted for current year.

Corkage

If you wish to bring your own wine to the hotel for your wedding, we make a fixed rate corkage
charge as follows:

        -   Still wine - £20.00 / bottle
        -   Sparkling wine / Champagne - £30.00 / bottle
        -   Magnum wine - £35.00 / bottle
        -   Magnum Champagne - £55.00 / bottle

All bottles must be brought to the hotel at least 3 days before the wedding date to allow for
suitable storage and subsequent service. All other beverages must be purchased on the
premises from the hotel.

Please be aware all our food and beverage will be priced at the latest listing for bookings
made for future years

Private dining menus
For parties of 8 or more you may choose between a wide range of menu options offered by
our Head Chef and his team to suit all palates and budgets.
For advance bookings for the following year please be aware all our menus are subject to an
annual 5% price increase based on the current prices listed below.

We request that you select a set menu where all of your guests have the same dish - i.e.:

Vegans /vegetarians
If you have any vegans/vegetarians amongst your guests please also choose one dish for
them from the options we have. There is no additional charge for this.

Additional choices
If you wish to offer your guests a pre-ordered choice of any two starters, main courses and
desserts, an additional charge of £5.00pp will be applied to the overall cost.
A pre-order is required no later than 7 days before the event.

Special occasion cakes / cheeses
We can arrange a cake for you special occasion, however if you wish to bring your own cake
instead of a dessert course we do make a ‘cakeage’ charge of £5.00 per person. The same
charge applies if you wish to bring your own cheeses.

Exclusive use
Exclusive use gives complete privacy for you and your guests and the luxury of calling
Beechfield House your home for the time that you are here. If you want a house party to
celebrate this marvellous occasion, then Beechfield House is the venue for you!

If over 20 bedrooms are booked a fee for exclusive use will be due and a charge for all 24
bedrooms will be made.

Exclusive use includes total seclusion for you and your guests in your ‘own home from home’
and effective from 2.00pm on the selected day until 10.00am the following morning & totally
exclusive access to the hotel building and beautiful hotel grounds.

Exclusive Use Rates (Bedrooms are charged separately) – 2021:

For exclusive use events booked on a bank holiday weekend all rooms booked must be taken
for a minimum of two nights and the exclusive use fee is charged for both nights.

Maximising your budget:

If you are working to a limited budget why not choose an off season day and date? We can
work to most budgets where you can be flexible with your day and date.

Directions and map

BRISTOL
Take the M4 towards London and exit at Junction 17. Follow signs for Poole (A350). Once you
have bypassed Chippenham and Lacock you will enter the village of Beanacre. As you begin
to exit the village look for signs on your left to Beechfield House. Do not take the first signed
entrance (deliveries) but take the second entrance up the driveway leading to the front of the
house.

BATH
From Bath take the A4 towards Chippenham. As you approach Chippenham you will see signs
to the A350. Take the A350 towards Melksham and Poole. Keep on the A350 and after Lacock
you will enter the village of Beanacre. As you begin to exit the village, look for signs on your left
to Beechfield House. Do not take the first signed entrance (deliveries) but take the second
entrance up the driveway leading to the front of the house.

LONDON via M4
