The RealRewards Group, which evolves from the company which was founded 20 years ago
and which has brought the brand „RealRewards‟ to be a household name in Malaysia today,
Electronic Commerce Technology Sdn. Bhd., creates value for business establishments (whom
we respectfully call “Business Partners”) by enhancing their customer relationships through
their participations in the RealRewards family of payment and loyalty programs and brings
benefits to Malaysian consumers (whom we sincerely call “Members”) in the forms of
discounts, rebates, privileges, deals, treats, rewards and payment facilities for their daily
spending.

RealRewards Loyalty Services
Through RealRewards Loyalty Sdn. Bhd. (“RealRewards Loyalty”), we bring to our Business
Partners includes supermarkets, retailers, restaurants, Travel Agents and insurance service
providers and Members two valuable programs: The RealRewards Privilege Program and
RealRewards Points Program. Our Members, totaling more than 4 million, are the decision
makers of their own households who purchase goods and services from our Business Partners
and obtain discounts and other privileges with their RealRewards Privilege Cards and/or are
awarded with bonus points (called „RealRewards Points‟) with their RealRewards Points Cards
and redeem their accumulated RealRewards Points for merchandises, goods and/or services
(called “Rewards”).
RealRewards Loyalty will continue to develop other loyalty related services to better serve
both our Business Partners and Members.
RealRewards Resources
Through RealRewards Resources Sdn. Bhd. We are assisting our business partners who has
ready database with their Loyalty & Redemption Program. We provides loyalty systems,
business consultant and back-end services including redemption and fulfillment to our 2 main
partners, namely Yayasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam Malaysia (YaPEIM), Lubeworld
Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Our Services & SERVICES & CHANNELS Channels RealRewards’ Services and Channels: Helping our merchants and members connect in more ways and in more places SERVICES Point collection Members just need to present their RealRewards Card when making a purchase at any of RealRewards merchants' outlets to collect Real Points. For faster point collection it is possible to combine the points collected across family members‟ cards so that Real Points can be pooled together for an express route to even bigger rewards. Real Points has 3 years expiry period which members shall accumulate and redeem their dream reward. Privilege offers "The Privilege Offers" is the ultimate membership exclusively designed for RR members will receive an abundance of local offers, discounts and promotions from hotels, travels, entertainment, Food & Beverages, Spa etc. Direct Mail Our merchants can target specific members by location, gender, age group, income level, previous purchases from their organisation, and through many other fields available in our database or cross promo with our Business Partners. RealRewards, conceptualises, design, provides copywriting, prints and send out these customised marketing materials to targeted members. We then follow up by telephone from our call centre so that our members know that something special has been sent to them and that they will be receiving a better deal than non-members. Direct mail is ideal for new product or service launches, appreciation of long-term and loyal customers, as retail related promotion or even to entice lapsed customers back to a particular merchant‟s outlet. E-mail aka Electronic Mail For our members who have provided their email addresses our communications are even quicker with alerts, merchants‟ promotions, invitations for members‟ only events, movie screening, outdoor activities and other activities. They can even choose to receive our newsletter and Real One magazine via email, by signing up for this information at our website www.realrewards.com.my. Channels
To view their points, members just need to login with their RealRewards member ID (found on their
RealRewards Card) followed by their 6 digits PIN number.
Online communication with our customer service team, enquiries, applications for supplementary cards,
updating of members information, online redemption, entry to online contests and even a forum are
available on the website.
In-store redemption
RealRewards in association with some of our merchants with retail outlets provides in-store redemption.
Product redeemed in-store require lower points as points for delivery charges do not apply.
CHANNELS
Rewarding, Reminding and Reaching Our Members at Their Convenience Events
RealRewards markets on behalf of our merchants extensively, and we go far beyond using printed,
email or telephone communications.
Events are aimed at rewarding loyal customers through exclusive invitations for movie premiers,
concerts, live acts such as Sesame Street and Shark Tale for previews of some of our merchants new
outlets or sales.
Roadshows
Roadshows are held every quarter to recruit new members in cities as well as in larger towns. We
introduce RealRewards services, our merchants and the benefits members reap from using our service.
For members, it lets them redeem certain items on the spot, win prizes for answering simple questions
and take away amazing freebies supplied by our merchants and by us.
The goodwill from members and their continued support of our merchants speak volumes for the
effectiveness of this approach.

Started our Telemarketing team in early 2008 with 50 professional telemarketers, our team able to
support any combination of services for outbound sales from financial line, insurance, leisure as well as
surveys management.
