MEMBER UNDERSTANDING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Discovery Member Number: Congratulations! We are so pleased you have made the choice to sample some of the amazing resorts and lifestyle opportunities offered by the WorldMark South Pacific Club (‘WorldMark’ or ‘the Club’) through our trial program, Discovery by Wyndham (‘Discovery’). To ensure all parties registered on your Discovery Membership have a good understanding of the wonderful benefits available as a Discovery Member, we would like to go through the following important points and highlight some of the key differences between a Discovery Membership, being a trial program, and full Ownership in the Club. Upon reviewing each of the following statements with your Discovery Representative, we require each Discovery Member to: 1. Initial each item (M1 = Member 1, M2 = Member 2); and 2. Sign at the end of the document in the space provided, which will be witnessed by your Discovery Representative. A copy of this document will also be provided for your records. Using My/Our Discovery Membership: Member(s) Initial 1 Transmission Date for my/our Discovery Membership will be within 12 calendar days of the Purchase Date. However, I/ we will only be able to make reservations where the check-in dates will occur after the Activation Date. M1 M2 2 Activation Date of my/our Discovery Membership is within 12 calendar days after the date when Wyndham has received either: a. the full payment amount of the Discovery Membership purchase price; or b. if I/we have chosen to pay by instalments, the date Wyndham receives a minimum payment (exclusive of GST and processing fees) of $ _____________ AUD NZD (please select currency). M1 M2 I/We further understand that I/we may only check-in for stays at selected Resorts under the Discovery Program once the Activation Date has occurred. 3 Discovery Credits are valid for 12 months from the Activation Date (‘Credit Expiry’), with the ability to book a further 12-months in advance from the date of reservation. After the Credit Expiry date, Discovery Credits will expire and no extensions to the Credit Expiry date will be allowed. M1 M2 4 In the event I/we do not use my/our Discovery Credits in part or in full by the Credit Expiry Date, I/we understand the Developer may use those Discovery Credits for other programs as outlined in point 21 of Discovery Program Guidelines on page 47. Further I/we understand I/we may opt out of participating in these programs by contacting the Discovery M1 M2 Service Specialist team during normal business hours. 5 The expiry of my/our Discovery Membership will occur 24 months after the Activation Date (‘Membership Expiry’), even if all Discovery Membership Credits have been used. Membership may not extend past 36 months from the Purchase Date. M1 M2 6 Discovery Credits have a 12-month booking window, may be used for one or more reservations (depending on number of Discovery Credits available), are each for one time use only and are considered ‘used’ once I/we have received confirmation of my/our reservation from Wyndham. M1 M2 Making Reservations: Member(s) Initial 7 I/We understand that, as a trial program, the Discovery Program is designed to allow Discovery Members to personally experience Resort stays at selected Resorts. I/We understand that (unless otherwise authorised by Wyndham) only those persons registered on my/our Discovery Membership are authorised to: a. make reservations; and M1 M2 b. check-in for reservations with a reservation confirmation and suitable identification, such as a driver’s licence. 8 I/We understand that confirmed reservations are not to be sold or rented to a third party. M1 M2 9 I/We understand that: a. I/we am/are able to make reservations by contacting the Discovery Service Specialist Team via the phone or email details provided on the back of the Discovery Program Guide; and b. online access to account information and online reservations are not benefits of my/our Discovery Membership. M1 M2 10 I/We understand that I/we may make reservations at selected Resorts listed in the Discovery Program Guide and that all reservations are subject to availability. Not all WorldMark South Pacific Club Resorts are included in the Discovery Program and selected Resorts may be changed from time to time without notice by Wyndham. M1 M2 11 I/We understand that: a. if I/we want to travel in peak seasons (Red Season 1 and 2) and also booking nine months or more from check-in date, there is a 7-night minimum stay. This stay may be split across more than one Resort so long as the nights are consecutive (housekeeping applies per stay). Different rules apply for Red Season 3 to 9 and there is no 7-night minimum stay in White or Blue Seasons. More information may be found in the Discovery Program Guide. b. a minimum 2-night stay is required on weekends when a reservation includes either a Friday OR Saturday night M1 M2 (i.e. the booking may be either a Thursday and a Friday; a Friday and a Saturday; or a Saturday and a Sunday). If a 2-night booking is for both a Friday AND Saturday night only, this is considered a ‘Weekend Only’ booking. I/We can only have one ‘Weekend Only’ booking at any time for each full block of 6,000 Discovery Credits purchased. Housekeeping: Member(s) Initial 12 I/We understand that each Discovery Membership is entitled to one (1) housekeeping token for the lifespan of the Discovery Membership, which may be used for one (1) continuous stay in a Resort Apartment. For all other Resort Apartment stays, I/we will be required to pay the applicable housekeeping fee, which depends on room size and type (see Discovery Program Guidelines for further details). Housekeeping fee is payable at the time of making a reservation M1 M2 and the housekeeping service occurs at the end of my/our Resort stay. PAGE 1 OF 2

MEMBER UNDERSTANDING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Friends and Family: Member(s) Initial 13 I/We understand family and friends are welcome to join me/us during a Resort stay provided I/we are present at the time of check-in for all reservations and for the duration of the Resort stay. M1 M2 14 Administration fees will apply when transferring, adding or removing a Member to or from my/our Discovery Membership after the date of sale (see Discovery Program Guidelines for further details). M1 M2 Amending or Cancelling Reservations: Member(s) Initial 15 I/We understand that I/we may cancel a reservation by giving notice in the manner stated on a reservation confirmation and will not be charged a cancellation fee provided notice is given within the allowable periods as outlined in the Discovery Program Guidelines and advised on the reservation confirmation. Further, I/we understand that if I/we are to cancel a reservation outside allowable cancellation periods, unless otherwise authorised by Wyndham, I/we will forfeit M1 M2 my/our Discovery Credits. Additional Discovery Member Benefits: Member(s) Initial 16 As a Discovery Member, you may be enrolled in third party programs, such as Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark, to ensure maximum access to additional benefits. These may change from time to time and you will be required to comply with all the rules and conditions set by each individual program or provider. M1 M2 Becoming a WorldMark South Pacific Club Owner: Member(s) Initial 17 I/We understand I/we may choose to apply to purchase Premier Vacation Credits in the Club from Wyndham, the Developer of the Club, during a sales presentation, which will provide access to all benefits available as part of Club Ownership. If I/we do choose to do so, I/we will be entitled to Developer incentives offered as part of our Discovery Membership up to and including the Membership Expiry date, unless otherwise authorised by Wyndham, including but not M1 M2 limited to a Price Freeze and Transferable Equity (see the Discovery by Wyndham Program Guidelines for further details). 18 I/We understand that in the instance that I/we become Owners in the Club, any unused Discovery Credits will: a. retain their original Credit Expiry date; and b. be applied to my/our WorldMark Owner account for use in the Club Apartments (including Grab It offers) only; and Unused Discovery Credits will not: a. be eligible for any other travel or accommodation options outside of the Club, including (but not limited to) M1 M2 exchanges through exchange companies, Travel by Wyndham products or services, Associate Resort or Affiliate Resort bookings; or b. count towards a Privileges by Wyndham membership tier. I/We understand and acknowledge that: Member(s) Initial 19 Membership in the Discovery Program is separate and distinct from Ownership in the Club. The Club has its own specific rules, regulations, guidelines and use conditions. Benefits of the Club such as Bonus Time and guest usage, as well as Developer benefits such as Fun Time, Associate Resorts and Privileges by Wyndham, are not available to Discovery Members. For the avoidance of doubt, becoming a Discovery Member does not make me/us an Owner/s in the Club nor M1 M2 entitle me/us to any interest in the Club and therefore I/we are not required to pay Annual Levies. 20 Discovery Program Guidelines, outlined in the Discovery Program Guide provided, govern use of the Discovery Program by Discovery Members. The provider of the Discovery Program, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (‘Wyndham’), may amend, revoke, modify or add to the Discovery Program’s benefits or guidelines at any time at its complete discretion without prior notice.
