Our work Lakewood Cambridge BCD Group provided full engineering and planning services to the Lakewood project. Situated alongside Lake Te Koutu, this new 10,000m2 GFA mixed use scheme will provide a variety of residential and commercial uses and become a premier lakefront destination in the heart of Cambridge. | 11
Our work Parkhaven Hamilton Parkhaven is a new luxury development that overlooks Hamilton’s cityscape and green belt. BCD Group have provided planning and full engineering services to this new premium mixed-use development, comprising of offices, a café and high-end residential apartments and penthouses. This is a particularly exciting development, being one of the first mixed-use developments within the CBD of Hamilton. Our work Te Awamutu Library Te Awamutu This stunning new library was a fantastic project to be involved in. BCD Group provided full engineering services to this design build collaboration. The new 1400m2 building has a space for books, magazines and DVDs as well as offices and staff facilities. The completed design resulted in an iconic new building for the Te Awamutu community. | 13

Our work NZ Rubber & Foam Tauranga With it’s cedar cladding and full height windows, the modern front elevation of NZ Rubber & Foam’s headquarters gives a new take on industrial building design. BCD Group provided planning, geotechnical, civil and structural engineering services to the warehouse and front office space. The client was ecstatic with the finished building and overall aesthetic. | 15

Our work Beach Street Dwelling New Plymouth This residential project was a structurally challenging dwelling with a combination of double cantilevers and lightweight structural steel frames to create the appearance of a floating 1st floor maximizing the 180° coastal views. The project was complicated further by wind loading due to the escarpment and the presence of loose sand and the retention of the existing garage. The clients were thrilled with their completed home and BCD Group’s services. | 17
Our work Genesis Energy Hamilton Located in central Hamilton, the 7,000m2 Genesis Energy Office Development utilises the shell of a former supermarket and features large floor plates that slice between levels 1 and 2. Our work Canoe Racing NZ Performance Centre Karapiro Overlooking Lake Karapiro is the Canoe Racing NZ Performance Centre. BCD Group completed geotechnical, civil and structural engineering services to the modern facility which allows both elite and emerging paddlers to utilise the facility as a training base. | 19
Our work JACE BCD Group are excited to have been involved in the development of the JACE Industries premise in Tauriko, providing both structural Premises and civil engineering services. Our work Life Fitness Hamilton BCD Group were responsible for the design and construction of a new 1200m2 warehouse, feature canopy and associated 2 level office space for Life Fitness in conjunction with Arrow International and Lee Turner Architecture.
