Message from CEO, continued We expanded our virtual Education Sessions by offering a wide variety of courses—everything from Planning for Critical Illness to Breathwork for Self-Care. These short sessions are a great way for people to discover a special caregiving interest while being introduced to other Caregivers Alberta services. We’re dedicated to continuing to evolve our programs and services, based on the needs of caregivers. As we continue our efforts to broaden our community reach and awareness, we are thrilled for what’s to come in the rest of 2021. This time next year I’ll share details of the unveiling of our new and improved website, as well as many new programs such as Work & Care and the new and improved COMPASS for the Caregiver digital training program. We are proud to look back and see all that has been accomplished over the past 20 years. We are honoured to continue serving the many selfless caregivers across Alberta. We understand that caregiving continues to be a tough and often thankless task—especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We’re here to listen, provide resources and programming, and ensure that we continue the sustainable growth of our organization. We are encouraged by how brilliant the future looks and are proud to continue supporting Alberta’s caregivers, now and into the future. Thank you for your continued trust. We’re here for you.
