The wisdom of elderly English men???? … celebrate and remind ourselves of all those absolutely vital links between us that go back so many hundreds if not thousands of years.

What’s co-living really about? • Users are passive agents….unrealistic to expect present top down and market led structures to meet (modern) needs …Tom O’Donnell, The Journal • People who live there have no agency or input of the design or the long-term management of the building …Padraig Flynn, Dublin InQuirer THE next phase in the growth and evolution of Ireland's build-to-rent market is under way, with increasing numbers of investors looking for opportunities to invest in so-called micro-living and co-living concepts … Ronald Quinlan, Commercial Property Editor, Independent

Community Led Housing - Definition The three principles: 1. Meaningful community engagement and consent occurs throughout the process. The community does not necessarily have to initiate and manage the development process, or build the homes themselves, though many may do 2. The local community group or organisation owns, manages or stewards the homes, in a manner of their choosing 3. The benefits to the local area and/or specified community must be clearly defined and legally protected in perpetuity.
