Care & Maintenance
OF POLY FURNITURE
King Casual Furniture manufactures casual outdoor furniture from recycled plastic lumber (RPL)
because it’s a durable, environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional lumber. The material we use
is made from an extremely high performance polymer that doesn’t require sealing, painting or staining.
It will not rot or splinter, and contains UV inhibitors that resist fading. It contains no filler, such as wood
fiber, that would cause moisture absorption and promote bacterial growth. The recycled material used
in our plastic lumber is a combination of consumer waste and industrial by-products which would
normally be disposed of in landfills.
To care for King Casual Furniture, simply clean it regularly with soap and water (avoid pressure washing).
The stainless steel fasteners used to assemble your furniture are practically maintenance free under
normal conditions. (We use only the highest quality stainless fasteners; however, in coastal areas, the
high salinity environment may cause corrosion, and eventually fasteners will rust if not washed and
rinsed with fresh water on a regular basis.) Avoid using harsh chemicals to clean your furniture.

DETAILS
We employ innovative construction techniques to give you a superior design and quality build. Where
possible, instead of screws and bolts that are visible and make unsightly holes and marks, we use cam
inserts and hidden bolts. We also use mortise and tenon joining to make a sturdy, reliable construction. All
of our parts are CNC machined to give a perfect cut and fit on each piece. You will see why our design and
construction is fit for a king.
King Casual Furniture
WARRANTY
King Casual Furniture offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of our
recycled plastic lumber furniture for up to 20 years for residential use, and up to 5 years for commercial
use (warranty is from the date of purchase). We further warrant our furniture to be free from manufacturer
defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year for the date of purchase. King Casual Furniture will,
at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued)
at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling are not covered by this warranty.
Although extremely durable to the elements, our recycled lumber (RPL) furniture may fade when exposed
to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are
excluded from this warranty.
The structural integrity of the stainless steel fasteners used to assemble our furniture is covered under the
normal terms of our warranty. However, stainless steel may rust under certain extreme conditions if not
maintained as outlined under our care and maintenance section. Rusting hardware or structural failure
due to rusting hardware is not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover failure of furniture which in our opinion was cased by acts of God, accident,
neglect, abuse or improper shipping and handling, and is void if our care and maintenance instructions
were not properly followed.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
