THE EXPEDITION
ClimateForce: Antarctica 2021 is a
comprehensive expedition with the goal of
educating its participants in climate change and
sustainability, through exploration, learning and
generating a global network.
It was founded and is led by Robert Swan one of
the main Polar explorers and ambientalist in the
world.
The expedition includes a world-class corporate

DESTINATION AND DETAILS OF THE
EXPEDITION
ANTARCTICA is truly the perfect setting for this expedition. It is the
most beautiful, untouched, and pristine location on the planet and it is
for these reasons that we must do everything we can to preserve it. It
also contains the 90% of the ice and 70% of the fresh water of the
whole world.
Antarctica has never known war, belongs to no nation, and is home to
no tribe or indigenous race – we are all responsible for Antarctica.
The key to this mission is to promote the use of renewable energy
across the globe. If we can do this effectively, then it will not make
financial sense for the world to exploit this continent.

• Name of the trip: Climate Force: Antarctica 2021
• Duration: 12 days / 11 nights (2 nights hotel - 9 nights ship)
• dates: 3 to 14 November 2021
• Ship: Ocean Atlantic
• Fares: from USD 16.900 per person in double room. Single
supplement: 1,75 x double basis price.
• Begin and End city: Ushuaia, Argentina
• Activities during the trip: Trekking, Zodiac navigations & water
immersions.
• Activity level: Moderate but with high physical condition.

ROBERT SWAN (Order of the British Empire). FOUNDER OF 2041
FOUNDATION. Is the first person in history to walk to both the North
and South Poles. The experiences at the Poles and the inspiration
from his mentor Jacques Cousteau, allowed Swan to witness the
effects of climate change firsthand and he shifted his life’s purpose to
working toward solutions to the greatest threat.

In 2018, after skiing 600 nautical miles, Barney Swan and two
other explorers became the first people in history to journey to the

The Ocean Atlantic is the perfect
vessel for expedition cruising in
Antarctic waters! Newly renovated
in 2016 and with an international ice
class rating of 1B, she is one of the
strongest ships operating in
Antarctica.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & INSURANCE

• USD 3.500 at the moment of confirmation. This deposit is not
refundable
• 30% February 1st 2021
• 30% March 15th 2021
• Final payment April 28th 2021
CANCELLATION POLICIES
• The deposit is not refundable for any reason
• From February 28th any cancellation will have a penalty of 100%

INSURANCE 13.08.04
Due to high costs of reservation in order to organize this expedition,
the cancellation policies are very rigid, so we highly recommend that
you purchase travel insurance that permits you to cancel for any
reason. Given the active, often remote and international nature of this
expedition, and our strict refund policy, we REQUIRE you to purchase
travel insurance. We REQUIRE a policy with a minimum of $200,000
in Emergency Evacuation / Medical protection.
