A. DefinitionofTerms:
a. NONͲPROFIT:ToqualifyfornonͲprofitrates,customersmustprovideacopyoftheirletterofnonͲprofit
statusfromtheCaliforniaSecretaryofState’sofficewiththeirnonͲprofitIDnumberindicatedandmustpay
withanorganizationcheckorchargecard.OrganizationnameonletterofnonͲprofitstatus,check/charge
card,andpermitmustallbeinthesamename.
b. SPECIALPEAKRATES:Specialpeakratesareforthefollowingreservations:
i. PublicmeetingsheldbyelectedrepresentativesservingtheCampbellarea
ii. LocalelectioncandidateforumssponsoredbyanonͲprofitorganization,pollingand/ortrainings
offeredbythelocalRegistrarofvoters
iii. MeetingsofferedbyeitheroftheCampbellschooldistricts(CUHSDandCUSD)
iv. PublicmeetingsbyothergovernmentalagenciesthatserveCampbellresidents
v. EventsbynonͲprofitorganizationswhohaveassumedleadershipforeventsonceprovidedbytheCity
vi. Programsandactivitiesforwhichthereisnoentryfeeforparticipationorattendanceofferedbylocal
nonͲprofitorganizations
vii. CommunityCenterTenants
viii. Eventssponsoredby/forCampbellHighSchoolAlumnigroups
ix. Meetingsortrainingsbyschooldistrictsorothergovernmentalagenciesthatarenotopentothe

TheabovelistedreservationscanusethefacilityduringnonͲpeaktimewithbasicstaffinglevels(2building
attendantsor1technician)anychargesabovethiswillbeassessedatthetimeofbooking.TheCUSD&CUHSD
arelimitedto3usesperyear.
