How to use the MRL Guide

         1. Information in this document is provided to help industry comply with maximum residue limits (MRLs) in export markets.

         2. The MRLs listed in this document have been developed using currently available information obtained from domestic and international regulatory authorities.

         3. The MRL tables in this document relate to fifteen countries that import Australian citrus fruit. If the country you are exporting to does not appear on this list,
please contact Citrus Australia, as we may have some additional data.

         4. Citrus Australia cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information, because MRL standards are subject to continual change. It is also possible that inadvertent
              transcription errors may have occurred.

         5. We strongly recommend that this information be used in conjunction with residue monitoring, to avoid breaches of MRLs.

         6. Examples of trade names does not signify product endorsement.

         7. Yellow over text highlights most recent changes to MRLs.

         8. Strikeout text (eg 0.5 (GO)) highlights data that has recently become obsolete.

         9. MRLs followed with superscript T (for example 0.5T) are temporary MRLs.

         10. When the MRL is followed by a letter in parentheses (G,L,M or O), the MRL refers specifically to Grapefruit, or Lemons or Mandarins or Oranges

         11. Where an MRL has not been set, the table shows a hyphen ( - ). In these cases, residues must not be detectable, unless a default or other commodities MRL
exists or if Codex MRLs are recognized.
                                                                                                                                                                       cdx
         12. Where Codex MRLs are accepted by a country in event that they have not set an MRL, the hyphen is accompanied by superscript cdx ( - )

         13. * Signifies that residues must be below the limit of quantification. This has typically been < 0.01 mg/kg, but can be lower, eg
