Colour Schemes Terms and Conditions
All Christmas orders must be placed by 8th November. Delivery and installation slots are
Replica Trees allocated on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. We therefore advise you to order as early as

Rental

Live Trees Payment Terms
All our prices are subject to VAT which will be charged at the rate ruling at the date of

Delivery
7ft / 210cm Yes £405.00 £25.00 The prices given include for delivery during normal working hours (Monday—Friday,
8.00am—4.00pm) and to locations where there is easy access. For deliveries to locations

previously, please ask for a quotation.

Collection

Trees will be collected early January, and Plant Plan will ensure the area is left clean and
12ft / 365cm Yes £1,125.00 £45.00 tidy. Trees decorated by the client must have all their decorations removed prior to our
arrival on site. Should we have to remove decorations then we cannot be held responsible
14ft / 425cm Yes £1,695.00 £45.00 for any damaged or missing decorations. Any time taken to remove a customer’s
decorations will be charged at £10.00 per quarter hour or part thereof. Any missing planters
6ft / 180cm No £160.00 N/A or Tree Stands will incur a £35.00 charge per item missing.
7ft / 210cm No £195.00 N/A General Information
All our live trees will be supplied with either a green Tree Stand (with in-built reservoir) or a

9ft / 275cm No £285.00 N/A Whilst we use the highest quality trees to minimise needle drop, please remember cut
trees are like cut flowers, so maintaining a supply of fresh water to the stems is essential to
10ft / 305cm No £365.00 N/A help prolong the freshness of the foliage. Hot, dry and dark conditions all accelerate the
drying out process of the needles and therefore we cannot guarantee any live interior tree
12ft / 365cm No £525.00 N/A delivered before 4th December. The watering of the tree is the client’s responsibility, and to
prolong the tree’s life we recommend that the water is topped up daily.

Health & Safety
Garlands and Wreaths (please note these are unlit) For illuminated trees it is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe 240V mains supply to

provide extension leads. Please note that several sockets are required when illuminating

All prices include delivery, during normal working hours, and exclude VAT.
