Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to service-clients@dii.eu.
- If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the conference, you may elect to attend another conference in the same calendar year at no extra charge.
- If you cancel 30-15 days prior to the conference, a €305 administrative fee will be due.
- For all cancellations within 15 days of the conference, and for any no-shows on the day of the conference, no refund will be extended. Conference papers will be sent to delegates unable to attend.
