PARTICIPANT PROFILE & ADMISSION PARTICIPANT PROFILE – SENIOR CHANGE MAKERS Novare Leadership Academy will form a group of 20-25 participants from different functions and industries. The final participants are selected after a nomination process with interviews to secure a group with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. » Senior management role/key specialist with a mission from management to drive change / transformation in their organization » Participants have an objective to gain new perspectives and knowledge connected to innovation/change and wish to expand their professional network CHRISTINA ANDERSSON » Example of roles: Business Developer, CDO, CEO, Change PROGRAM MANAGER Consultant, R&D Manager, Head of Innovation/Digitalization, Head CHRISTINA.ANDERSSON@NOVARE.SE of Customer Experience, Product Developer, Head of Marketing + 46 (0) 733 832 481 PROGRAM OUTLINE NOVARE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY The program runs from October 2020 to May 2021. with four modules BLASIEHOLMSGATAN 4B (2 days) and one international business trip in 2021 (destination 111 48 STOCKHOLM TBC). The modules are interactive and will focus on relevant business SWEDEN and innovation related topics presented by top executives, thought leaders and other experts within each specific module theme. A detailed schedule and information about the business trip will be presented upon application. PROGRAM INVESTMENT The investment for the program is SEK 159 000 per participant (excl. VAT). Accommodation, meals and other expenses are not included in the program fee. The business trip is billed separately and not included in the program fee.
