Offering NATIONALLY ACCREDITTED fulltime qualifications up to & including ADVANCED DIPLOMA OF DANCE (Elite Performance).
Lee Academy was the first performing arts studio in Australia granted permission to offer ADVANCED DIPLOMA OF DANCE (Elite Performance)
under the new standardized National Dance Qualifications.
Lee Academy continues to lead the way in providing the most current & diverse training programs available to dancers & performers in Australia.

Studio 1 is one of the finest dance spaces in Australia,
with the highest quality equipment & flooring with
everything a dancer could need. Surround sound,
amazing flooring, natural light, fresh air & a huge
amount of space.

Studio 2 is another amazing space, fully equipped the
same way as Studio 1, plus an 8 metre high ceiling with
aerial point attachments throughout, makes studio 2
another world-class dance space.

Studio 3 is overflowing with equipment & resources.
One main feature is the 14 metre tumbling trampoline,
plus bungee harness, trapeze, multiple aerial silks,
multiple lyra (aerial hoop), specialty aerial apparatus,
spinning web, straps,cordeliese, springboard, balance
beam, all manner of props, 5 x 13 metre tumbling runs,
over 220 square metres of column-free space with
8 metre high ceiling, surround sound &
even a jumping castle!
Studio 4
Studio 4 is where the magic starts for our
STUDIO 3 Musical Theatre students. With everything a singer could STUDIO 3
need, a piano, keyboard, surround sound, microphones &
amp, plus a great space to dance & act.
Studio 5
Studio 5 doubles as our own black box theatre & ad-
ditional dance studio. With a grandstand to seat an
audience, stage lighting, surround sound & full theatrical
set up, this is a great place for our full timers to put on
a show! A great traditional dance floor perfect for tap
dance & more.

Primal Dance Company works year-round, directly out of the Lee Academy building.
The company is comprised of graduates that are professional dancers & some current students that are at a professional level.
Primal Dance Company was founded to give Lee Academy students who are ready for professional work a platform in which to use their skills and
share their passion and devotion to dance with the wider community. Working in the areas of commercial, contemporary, musical theatre, circus
arts & theatrical dance. Primal Dance Company’s choreographers create original, technical and passionate productions which are for showcase
throughout Australia & on the world stage.
Lee Academy Fulltime students have the unique opportunity to watch rehearsals that are closed to the public & also participate in
professional development workshops & a secondment season if successful by audition. Auditions for permanent roles in the company are advertised
when a position arises, Lee Academy graduates are welcomed to audition for the company at these times.

Primal Studios incorporates multiple & adaptive creative spaces designed to give clients plenty of options when it comes to the

Professional photographers Damian & Lauren Tierney bring their styles together to provide unique &
treasured images to all their valued clients. Utilising both Nikon & Canon professional camera systems with a large range of specialty lenses and
accessories including both high speed studio and high speed location lighting, they ensure that LA Fulltime dancers are captured at their best, each &
every time.
Lee Academy students have the unique opportunity to take part in dance shoots with Damian Tierney, who is internationally
recognised for his outstanding work with dancers.
