CONTINUE COMMUNITY • We will be holding our Annual Community & Graveyard Clean up on June 17, 2021, from 10:00 AM onwards. ANNUAL CLEAN UP • Anyone wishing to help clean-up their family plots can meet at the cemetery at 1:00PM. • Out of respect, only family members will clean the resting places of their family member/s or loved ones. • We will have the offerings & prayers prior to our graveyard cleanup. • This is to honor loved ones who have passed on regardless of their resting place, WMFN graveyard or somewhere else. • EVERYONE IS INVITED.
• We have 11 Dogs and 6 cats on our list as of now. • Program is on going until all funds are spent. • We acquired our grants from WMFN and Shell Canada.
EOC TEAM Activated EOC last March 2020 and still on going. • EOC started March 2020 when the pandemic hit. We have 11 WMFN Staff on the EOC Team. • As part of the EOC Team, we hired a Warehouse Manager and Assistant to take care of our food stock and deliveries in Community. • We received funding from EMBC for two positions, an Information Officer and a Logistics Section Chief. • We set up a Controlled Access and Security Checkpoint when COVID first hit for as an extra layer of protection for the Community. • The EOC Team has been accepted for several streams of funding through FNHA, ISC, IST, and others. • We attend Monday and Thursday meetings or as needed depending on what is happening in the Community and remain up to date on what is happening with COVID. • As a team, we discuss ways to keep our Community safe and are here for the Communities support through the pandemic.
One Annual on the Monday 1/2 - Day Wellness Sessions: Land Staff Meeting: Approved for Staff and C&C. half day Council approved one annual activities every Month. Departments meeting, and one away from will take turns to create activities for the Office team building. Staff, ex: bowling, golfing. Out of the Office. • We hired a Consulting Group, and they worked with Chief & Council, Community members and Staff. • We will use the CCP for program strategic planning. • Anticipate mailing final copy to WMFN members in May 2021 via mass mail.
• Leave Request Forms – Need to be approved and signed by immediate Supervisor/Manager. Any employee who has been sick and returning from work need to submit this form and attach any necessary documents as needed. • Workshop/Training/Travel Request Form – All employee that would like to take training or attend workshops need to submit all information in detail. They are responsible to do their own research when it comes to all expenses. A report after workshop must be submitted. • Maintenance Request Form – A Maintenance Request Form needs to filled and submitted prior to assigning to person/department. All maintenance work needs to be recorded for us to be able to trace. • Caterer Request Form – Catering form needs to be approved and signed by Managers. • Decision Sheet/Briefing Request Form – This form needs to be completed for any type of request from Chief & Council for informed decision making, and updates.
