The Christchurch Tram offers an opportunity to
step back in time to a grand era of transport,
offering a unique, elegant and environmentally
friendly way to see the city. Allow us to take

GONDOLA
The Christchurch Gondola is situated on the Port
Hills of Ōtautahi Christchurch, just 15 minutes by

9Payment Terms
We require 50% payment at time of booking and full payment 2 days prior to travel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policies
• Christchurch Attractions and Hanmer Springs Attractions must be notified 48 hours in advance of any
cancellation. For cancellations within 48 hours of departure time the 50% already paid will not be refunded.
• If cancellation is received within 2 hours of departure time, or if a ‘no show’ occurs, full payment will be required.
Tramway Restaurant & Functions on the Trams including canapes
Must be notified 48 hours in advance of any cancellation for groups of 10 people or fewer and must be notified
seven days in advance for groups of more than 10 people. If notification is not provided a 25% cancellation fee will
be charged. Please note that if any booking that is cancelled within 48 hours of departure or if a ‘no show’ occurs,
full payment will be required.
