Mira Mesa Moose Family Center 2108 Mira Mesa Moose Family Center 2108 Chaplain: Greetings my Brothers and Sisters, My second article as Chaplain of our family center and I can repeat my report that I have nothing to report. It seems most members are vaccinated and starting to venture out and that is a good thing. I will be traveling for the next 2 or 3 weeks so if anyone knows of a member in distress please notify our Administra- tor, TC. Welcome to One Moose! Moose of the Month: Ron Popper Our Moose of the Month needs no introduction however, here goes. He has been a Loyal Moose for 42 years, and counting. Since his “retirement” he has volunteered to cook three times a month, performed preventive mainte- nance on the swamp cooler, tended bar two times a week and managed to fit in a couple of Moose Legion committee recycling efforts re- turning over $150.00 hard cash that would other- wise be lost to the dumpster. He also put on a mighty fine Mother’s Day breakfast with NO HELP other than moral support from me and Ken. Thanks for all of your dedication and hard work making the Mira Mesa Moose Family Cen- ter a better place Jim Waggoner! Please see the Administrator for your complementary dinner ticket. Fraternally, Ken & T.C.
